Visited the Edinburgh shop today with my commuter bike which had caused me a few issues. The guys in there were first class. Tidy looking shop, very welcoming with professionals available immediately. Scott made me feel like I was the only person in the shop despite a few others roaming. He sorted out my problem quickly and without any fuss. Top notch. I then got to meed Mark, who made sure I was happy with the service and offered a few accessories of which I actually needed some. Both were absolute gents and a pleasure to deal with. Will absolutely be back as the Mrs wants an electric bike!

What a great experience! I went in because the display on my electric bike (which I hadn't bought in this store) wasn't working. The staff in the shop were so interested and helpful. They even offered me the loan of a bike to get home as I live a way away. It turned out the battery had been removed when the hub was replaced and I was given a battery and it was attached. I cycled home with a huge smile on my face and was deeply impressed. I was telling my son and he said he would definitely be taking his electric bike there to get help with an issue he has. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

I took my road bike in for some specialist repairs required for a big race coming up. Wow what fantastic service! Not only everything I asked for but the work shop manager was so experienced and helpful and we ended up going over the whole bike and finding out a few things I didn’t know! I bought an Orbea Vibe H30 here a few months ago and I LOVE it! The staff were really helpful when there was a slight issue with a part of the bike arriving at their warehouse damaged and they soon fixed me up with the colour I wanted. Pure Electric - Pure professionalism and friendliness Nearly a year ago I started to visit the workshop of Pure Electric when I had an electric bike (not bought from them) that started to slowly but surely break. After many months help from their pro team we have managed to max out the usability of that bicycle. Seriously I can't thank enough. When the day came. To buy a new electric bike, I knew without hesitation its their knowledge and stock is what I am looking for. You need to know that I work with electric bikes, not just as an e bike courier but also I run bike tours that use battery powered two wheelers. Their recommendations saved my business and as well my income on a long run. Since that day I have bought the total of two bikes from them and I am sure that the next one will roll out from their shop without a question. Accessories, bikes and workshop at the same place. That is what Pure Electric does the best. Small puncture? No problem.. Complete bike repair? Let's book a time and date when it works for the both of us and the best part - that you can rely on these dates. The ongoing discounts, just to mention a few. 50% on seasonal items, half priced wages at the workshop, percentage related discounts and freebies depending on the amount you spend - what? These guys know how to keep you going back, in a good way! If you are an experienced rider or you just recently decided to buy an electric bike (or scooter) - the patient and friendly staff will guide you to the right direction and will save you time and money. I know since the beginning I own electric bikes, they are the ones I use and trust me, as a harsh critic I won't be able to recommend them to you. Don't hesitate. Electric vehicles are fun. These guys will make the selection and maintaining process just as enjoyable as riding your new favourite e bike. I can't recommend them enough.

Good old-fashioned service! I attended a Puncture repair Workshop run by Scott and Mark- which I initially thought was too ambitious ( I don't even pump up own tyres ;) but they were amazing- they were patient (without ever being patronising) and were very good at adapting to each of our needs and pitching the teaching at the right level. I came away full of confidence that I could remove my wheel and change my inner tube should I get a puncture. Not a bad result for someone who wouldn't attempt to pump up their tyres prior to this - can't recommend them enough.

I cannot praise Mark and Scott enough, they have both been amazingly helpful to me and the members of our '60sSomething' cycling group over the past 4 months. As ride leader, I wanted some adice about ebikes. Mark not only talked me through everything I needed to know about ebikes but also changed my opinion about what ebike are all about. Prior to visiting the shop, my perception of ebikes had been that they were heavy, cumbersome, ugly and not something I would be seen dead on. Well, no more !! As soon as I can't make it up Arthur's Seat, I will have no hesitation about buying an ebike or where I will be buying it. Only problem will be being spoiled for choice !! 🙉 Furthermore, I have directed several group members to Mark and Scott to sort out problems they were having with their manual bikes and they have been delighted with the service they have received. When I asked Mark if he would consider a Puncture Repair Workshop for the group, his response was so helpful. Mark and Scott facilitated our first workshop on 13th September and did it so well that we all left knowing we can be self sufficient if/when we get a puncture. A remarkable achievement considering how useless we all were when we first arrived. We now have a waiting list for the next one... I think that says it all. We now consider ourselves self sufficient '60Somethings' and now looking forward to learning more in the 'advance' course. Thanks again for your patience and support...
