Great shop with really helpful staff, great range of hire bikes to choose from. We hired a Scott ebike for the day very reasonable pricing and top quality. Whilst out on the ebike Lucas squeezed a job in at short notice on one of our ‘analog’ bikes. He completed this really quickly enabling us to enjoy the bike for the rest of our holiday top man ! Thank you Lucas.

We had a lovely day cycling on the Deeside way, and then even returned for a break to the hotel and then back out again at night. Great way to see around the area. Wasnt sure re hiring the Ebike, but my partner really liked it and wish I had too. Would return and go further another time. Good no nonsense service and hire.

Very helpful bike shop. Rented a road bike for the day for a ride. Good quality equipment, local parking, friendly staff and reasonable price. Thanks for a great day.

Dan is a true professional. I’ve even traveling the world for a long time and it rarely occurs when you get a true genuine experience from a PRO. Friendly and helpful service. I had my hydraulics brakes fixed really quickly and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic shop and service. My wheel had some spokes lose tension, took my bike in Sunday 1030am, wheel was tensioned and trued perfectly within the hour.Outstanding service, thank you .

My wife and I were staying at the campsite at Braemar. Dan and Simon delivered and collected our bikes. We hired 2 electric bikes. They were amazing. You need to try these things. They go anywhere. Absolutely loved them. 2 nice guys and great service.

On of my derailleur gear wheels fell off a mile up Glen Tanar, took bike to another shop and the bloke told me it wasn't fixable economically - the young guy at Bike Station looked at it and the parts I'd picked up of the path, and offered me a bolt to try and put it together again - back on the road in 15 minutes!

Knowledgeable staff, good bikes & equipment, competitive prices and easy parking. The guy we met was quiet to start, but quickly warmed up and was hugely knowledgeable getting the right size of bike and helpful with helmets, locks etc. Will definitely use again.

Not a bad bike shop. It's seems that have a most spares and kit that you will need from a bike shop but the customer service was very poor from my experience the guy behind the till looked very busy with his tablet. Was not interested on a small talk about the shop and i didn't stay to see what the shop was offering as in brands and cycling equipment.

Very friendly and helpful owner. I had a problem with the headset clearance on my road bike, apparently I lost a spacer during assembly. He saw the problem immediately and allowed me to use his tools to disassemble the headset, while he went looking for the right spacer. He found one, but wouldn't take any money for it. Nice little shop and workshed. Highly recommended! 😀

Hired E bikes for wife and myself. The staff were very helpful, bikes and helmets of good quality. Great advice about best routes and the issues that would occur on each of them.

We were met by a really non pro-active however not unfriendly guy. Needed to ask everything ourselves. Helmets given were dirty but in good order. The bikes we got were Focus Whistler MTB. They were basically okay but maintained averagely at best. Adjustment screws loose and my saddle pin kept on sinking in. (clamp was mounted wrongly). Had to do some fixes en-route'. Tyres were good but no repair kit was offered. Disc brakes good on one bike but poor on the other (were probably overheated). Rear wheel in one bike was bent as we saw later. If you rent here, check what you get.

Went in on Wednesday (20/10/21) last week for a head light bulb change at the Elgin Branch, Served by Tammie and honestly, i have to say it is one of the quickest ever service i have ever received from this branch..She really did a fantastic job..No disrespect to the gents who always change the bulb for me, but Tammie is the quickest ever to do it and with a smile .. Thanks again Tammie..

Good service, nice people, quite large range of bikes including e-bikes, buy or hire. And a great centre for cycling on or off road, flat or hilly, with superb scenery thrown in.
