Carl really knows his stuff, takes a real pride in doing work to an excellent standard at fair prices. Even cannibalised his own bike's spare parts to get me going in the current climate of non available parts supply! Above and beyond there 😉 Great wee shop.

I was recommended to Carl through a mate and wasn't disappointed with the service I received. I had a full rebuild on a nightmare front wheel that was thrown together in the factory and a re-true of my rear wheel. The work carried out was extremely quick 2-3 days in total, and the standard of work was top notch, Carl even asked me to pop in after a few rides with the rebuilt wheel to make sure the tension had held. A great little bike / bike repair shop in the West End of Glasgow. Carl is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and clearly passionate about his job. I took my old donkey bike in and Carl took time to provide a fair assessment of what needed to be done (lots) and some valuable and impartial advice (not worth it). I'll be definitely coming back for any servicing/repairs/components.

My bike had been a little unloved and needed some new brakes and a bit of a service. Bike Love were great, Carl, the owner explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. Took my bike here after someone else took it apart didn’t put it back again and basically said it was worthless. What a difference at BikeLove. Before I had even mentioned my other experience told me the bike new would be worth over £1000 and was well worth repairing. Quoted me a reasonable price for repair and service. Had it repaired in 2 weeks, (amazing during Covid) and charged me less (around £75) as needed less than he 1st thought! By comparison my folding bike has been awaiting repair somewhere else since February! Great, friendly service!

He is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet and above all he is a world class bike mechanic. Does begger the question; "When it comes to bicycle mechanics, why does anyone in Glasgow go anywhere else?"
