The other day I came here looking to buy a bike. A store worker named James had shown me a Trek slash. I found him to be very helpful and friendly. Had he not been there I probably would not have bought the bike at this time. Due to the customer service I received I would highly recommend.

Took my bike in today to get my back wheel checked due to getting punctures. Dealt with Kriss who fixed my bike and managed to get me parts for it which I was struggling to get. Very nice guy and same with the Australian guy can’t mind his name but he’s very knowledgeable and not one bit pushy which makes me want to buy stuff from him. Great service would highly recommend.

Visited store on 13th July trying to find a suitable/appropriate bike for a 7 year old. Joshua was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgable, courteous and polite. Was in the store checking out the latest models today with a view to buying a new road bike. The staff must have thought I looked a bit thievy cos they were following me about a bit keenly! Some good kit though!

Excellent service from the staff in the shop who helped set up my bike and put on the new pedals. Highly recommend in store purchases. I would advise going to the shop to purchase rather than ordering online as the Internet customer service is abysmal.

I took my bike into evans cycles to fix a slight fault with it. I dealt with kriss the mechanic and found him to be extremely good at his job, very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was very patient and I even left the shop with a little more knowledge about mountain bikes.

Staff are great, Ryan went through a lot trying to sort out payment and then further issues with the bike eventually helping me to swap it with one from the braehead store, Josh was also very helpful test driving the bike to agree on the issues etc after helping me choose the bike. , Evans cycles as a company needs to sort their tills out and payment systems but the staff coped as well as they could with help from rob , Reece and the mechanical team down stairs.

Thought I would update my previous review now that you are actually allowed into the store to browse. I recently purchased some cycling shoes and have to say I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They also had a substantial discount on many items. Good work guys.

I went to the shop to buy an inner tube thinking that I would change my tire at home (which I had never done before). One member of staff came to the car to check which size I needed and directed me to another member of staff who helped me for 30min! Showing me step after step how to do and letting me learn, explaining the benefits of different tools he uses, how to use them, he gave me a patch for my old inner tube to keep as an emergency one and I left with a fully functioning bike that I had learn how to fix. I would have spent 3 hours to be able to do half as good a job at home, thank you so much for your patience, knowledge sharing and kindness :D

Always a great service from the Evans Cycles team led by Rhys at Glasgow Fort, they are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Bike repairs and services are competently carried out and explained in a genuine and non patronising way (which has not always been my experience elsewhere). The Domane Owners Club, is THE club to be a member of. We were treated to a fix-it class in store last night with Rhys who’s patience and enthusiasm got results!

Used this store twice now. Served by Ryan both times and can't fault him or the store. First time was to service three bikes, one of which hadn't been used in over a decade. Came back looking like new and in a very quick turnaround. I had been to halfords and was quoted at least three weeks to get the bikes back. Had all three back well within a week. 2nd visit was for a chain that broke on one of the bikes. Again, picked it up within 3 hours of dropping it off and there was no charge, I believe due to their 30 day guarantee on their services. Brilliant! Put my wallet away when I was expecting to pay something. Highly recommend. Easy to get to and lots of parking although it is getting busier. 5 stars!

Excellent mechanical and customer service provided by the Evans Fort team. Individual praise and thanks to Ryan who went above and beyond to address and rectify my wahoo smart trainer issue. He’s a professional and talented mechanic who is an asset to the Evans group. Thanks....Pete Scott

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my bike for servicing here. Was advised to use a silver service instead of a gold one, as my bike was in a decent condition. I'm satisfied with the service, just keep in mind that chains can be directional.

I recently bought a Cannondale Topstone Sora from Evans Glasgow Fort TRIUK store. I had problems with chain rub against the front derailer when I was in top gear and going full speed. After at least 4 times returning bike to Evans to have gears adjusted it became clear there was a deeper problem than just tweaking front derailer. The mechanic changed the front chain ring and tried everything possible to eliminate the chain rub problem. I have now returned the Topstone Sora and have had a refund as I think the problem is with the frame flexibility and not the chain/gear set. To conclude I would never recommend this bike, I’m sure it has a design fault in the frame and I’ve lost faith in Cannondale. As far as the service from the staff at Evans Glasgow Fort, I have no complaints at all. Especially Ryan the mechanic who went above and beyond to to try and rectify my problem. Ryan has excellent customer service skills and is a first class mechanic, one of the best I’ve come across and I’m quite knowledgeable regarding bike maintenance and customer service. Josh was another member of staff whom I was quite impressed by. My 5 stars represent Evans customer service and not the bad experience with Cannondale

Bought an ex-display bike from Evans online. When it arrived it wasn't 100%. Took it in to the new Glasgow Fort Evans store (inside Tri-UK). The service I recieved from Manager Rhys and the service centre team was second to none. Would hesitate to recommend and I will be back for my next bike.
