We bought two Bergaumont bikes from here about two months ago - absolutely superb!! - Scott was extremely thorough in making sure my wife and I chose the RIGHT bikes - he has the stock and clearly has the knowledge. - took us for a “trial run and demo” before uplifting them. Really would strongly encourage anyone thinking of buying Ebikes to think of going here before ANY of the perhaps better known “bike shops” - great job Scott!

My fantastic Simplon E-Bike fell over while on holiday and damaged the rear derailleur so some gears were slipping. Booked it into "Love E-Bikes" and dropped it off at 10 this morning. Scott & John were there and said go have a coffee and come back in 30 minutes. Bought my first electric bike here last year not long before lockdown. What an investment, I've always had a bike for the last 30 years but this is just so much more pleasurable. Scott was fantastic, he couldn't do enough to ensure that I had made the correct purchase. He also put in extra work that day as he knew I wanted to take it away the same day despite it being late in the afternoon. Really, helpful, knowledgeable guy. I look forward to popping in for a catch up with him once lockdown is over. Glad to see he has been able to keep working during Covid as it would be a great loss if the business hadn't survived.

Today marks my last payment on my eBike and therefore about time I finally left a review for Love-ebikes. They are brilliant. If you want an ebike, I would thoroughly recommend buying it from this shop. It might sound obvious but ebikes are their specialism, which means that they understand the nuances between different makes/models/features and are very well positioned to make you a strong recommendation for your particular circumstances and requirements. Furthermore it means that they are totally clued up and able to service your ebike, something that has proven incredibly valuable to me in the years since I took mine home (as I'm useless at bike maintenance). Despite my own limitations in knowing anything about bikes, I've never been made to feel thick or patronised, they're just nice people who are happy to help and educate. Also, if you are thinking about getting an ebike but aren't sure, get an ebike. Mine is possibly the best investment I've ever made - I live outside Glasgow and it has made getting into and around the city a pleasure. I hold my ebike entirely responsible for improving my cardiovascular health sufficiently to enable me to run (/stagger) 10k with no training. As someone who hates running, it blew my mind to realise how much fitter I had become from cycling an ebike everywhere, most likely because it encouraged me to cycle more. In summary, top business, couldn't recommend more highly.

I recommend Scott and Love-ebikes very highly. I just bought a Scott Sub eRIDE 20 from Love-ebikes and I’m very happy with it. The build quality and power of the bike is absolutely top notch. I spent almost 3 hours with Scott in the shop and out on a well guided test run. His encyclopaedic knowledge, enthusiasm, attention to detail and customer service are second to none. He made sure I had the right bike for me and he adjusted it properly for the most comfortable ride position. The appointment system is the only way to buy an ebike. There are plenty of online bike stores showing bikes “in-stock” …until they get your order, then you’ll find you won’t get it until October if you’re lucky! Love-ebikes has more ebikes in stock than any other shop or online vendor and Scott will spend the time with you without any interruptions from other customers. I took my bike home right after my appointment. If you’re interested in buying an ebike, I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Scott. I’m enjoying my new ebike immensely - thanks Scott!

Scott could not have been more welcoming and patient with my novice questions. He recommended some options and then ordered a bike from the manufacturer. He kept me up to date all the way through and i have just got back from the shop with my new bike. Nothing was a problem for the whole team, micro adjustments made before Scott took me out on a run around the streets. He made some more adjustments that i didn't even notice when back and then walked through all the locking and computer etc. If anyone wants an ebike, there isn't a better choice!

If you're looking for an ebike, look no further than Love-ebikes. Excellent products from Scott, a very knowledgeable person. I bought an amazing Bergamont FS ebike from Scott two and a half years ago which its running like a dream. Last week it had a service by John, and I can honestly say its the best service and discussion I have had from a bike mechanic, ever! This is my fourth ebike and I always had them serviced regularly. None of those services came close to what John produced last week. Customer service from both Scott and John are five star plus, thank you again. Very much appreciated.

I visited Love E-Bikes today to rent an E-Bike for my 1 week stay in Glasgow and Scott could not have been more helpful or more kind. The rental price was exceptionally reasonable. Scott kitted me out with everything I need to keep me and the bike safe. He explained how it all works and even rode me over to the bike path to get back to my hotel. It's people like Scott -- knowledgeable and passionate about bikes -- who make bike riding a joy. I only wished I lived in Glasgow rather than Australia so I could buy one of the great bikes Scott has on offer. Highly recommended to all.

If you are looking for the best e-bike shop in Scotland, this is it. Be prepared to spend some time here as Scott has the biggest collection of quality e-bikes you'll ever have seen. Customer service is second to none. When I was slightly let down by the manufacturer of the bike I purchased, Scott instantly stepped in and sorted it out at his own expense. He also went out of his way to configure my bike to match my requirements even though the manufacturer didn't actually offer the option I requested. Don't expect to see e-bikes costing a few hundred pounds here, Scott only sells quality bikes and knows every bike inside out. You can't get better advice in my opinion. If you are looking to purchase a quality e-bike from a shop with a superb selection of bikes in stock there is no better place to come to and the shop is ideally positioned seconds away from a quiet steep hill making it the ideal place to take a demo ride.

Bought 2 Riese Muller ebikes from Scott at Love Ebikes after testing a few ebikes under Scott's guidance. His advice was brilliant testing the bikes on the steep hills behind his shop is just so great you really get a sense of what the bikes can do. We've now done 500 miles on them under lock down constraints going up every steep hill in Glasgow we can find and they far exceed our expectations we just love our bikes. If you are considering buying a good quality ebike your best move is to head to Scott at Love ebikes we can't recommend him and his selection of ebikes enough.
