Great little BMX shop. A couple of streets away from the popular Kelvingrove Skate Park, with good atmosphere, great staff and all the basic tools you need free to be used! What more do you want?

The guy took all the time we needed to go through options for BMX pegs, and fitted them for free because they were a birthday present :) He even tightened up all of the bolts and the saddle on the bike, like a mini-service, as a bonus before we had even bought anything... Fantastic customer service!

Customer service is first class! First time I've ordered online. Didn't have what my son wanted in stock, staff called to offer a replacement. Delivery was on time and a ton of freebies thrown in. My son loves this shop and I have to admit I am really impressed too 👍

Top guy. Phoned several bike shops, but didnt have the part i needed. Phoned Substance and they had the bits on stock. Guy even phoned my back offering to fit them for free. Picked parts up, very friendly, gave my 10 yr old stickers for his bike too. As a small business owner myself, customer service is paramount in this day and age , this shop gets top marks.
