I can confidently admit the fact that me working on my bike is like me working on my relationships. They always remain broken. Over the two years, Doog has always sorted my bike-related problems professionally and quickly usually under 30 minutes. Dominoes 30 minutes delivery promise has nothing on this man. A massive stud with an eye for detail and a passion for his craftsmanship and the local community. A fantastic person to talk to and has taught me a thing or two about bikes every time I visit him. Anyways I could go on talking about this man, if only there wasn't an inpatient dominoes delivery person knocking at my door with the pizza that I ordered over an hour ago. muitos cumprimentos

I have had my bikes serviced by various mechanics over the years and Doog is the best by far. His knowledge and detail was apparent very quickly. Just been out on my road bike after it’s service and it’s spot on. First visit to Torvelo and I’ll 100% be using them for all service and repairs now. I can't recommend this service highly enough - no complaints whatsoever. Doog is an excellent mechanic and provides a friendly, honest, helpful, flexible and well priced service too. I cannot recommend Torvelo and its owner Doog highly enough. He gives every repair his complete attention and takes the time to explain what the original issue was and what you can do to avoid it. Often available at short notice, my bikes come out running sweetly. Its refreshing to go to a premises not concerned with cold hard sales, to be able to wait in comfort and even have a coffee while your bike is sorted. You will not be disappointed.

Doog did a very thorough job replacing a rim on my powertap hub after a crash buckled the wheel. After working with the original rim (which could not be fixed in the end), he sourced a new rim quickly and rebuilt the wheel without charging for labour on both jobs, just the final wheel build. Will definitely use again!
