This was a further visit to Gerardo with my second bike this time. He patiently explained what I needed to know about the bike that I hadn’t already properly understood. He carried out the necessary work in a very short time frame at an acceptable price. His knowledge & work ethos inspires confidence. I’d defo recommend him - great service!

Just had my bike serviced, and I am very happy indeed. It's always a pleasure to deal with Gerardo, and he always gives the right advice and services the bike in accordance with what it needs. A great find! New cassette and chain along with a service of my Canyon carbon road bike for a very fair and reasonable price and completed well ahead of expected time. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Took my bike in with a creaking noise coming from the front end that was concerning me a bit. Got the bike back a couple of days later and there’s not a sound coming from it. It’s running like a new bike. Always a great service and very reasonable prices. I can’t recommend Veloworld enough.

Excellent service from the friendly and knowledgeable Gerardo at Veloworld. He was patient and helpful with my questions, thorough and practical with his inspection and explanations and managed to get my husband's bike in tip top condition to restart his work commute in time despite being very busy. Customer is briefed and given price before work undertaken and texted when bike ready to collect. We will be taking the rest of the family's bikes there too. Gerardo is so dedicated to all things bike, works evenings and weekends to keep us all safe and cycling and has the most immaculate and well-organised workshop I have ever seen! Great local business and really nice guys as well. I presented them with a 30 year old plug of a bike that had never had a service since it was put together. I could only use 3 of 15 gears and it shook and rattled like a dysfunctional fairground ride. The guys went the extra yard and got it back into a roadworthy condition even though some of the new parts they fitted wouldn't work on it and they resorted to refurbishing some old parts in the workshop Really pleased with the job they have done and for a decent price as well.
