I booked our two electric bikes for service with Johnnie at our house. He arrived as promised and did a fantastic job on both bikes. He pretty well took them apart and checked absolutely everything, replacing parts as necessary, oiling and correcting correcting as he went on. The finished job means that our bikes perform noticeably better than before, look great and well-cared-for and we are set for another year of stress-free cycling. Thank you Johnnie. Brilliant service of two Specialized bikes. Jonny visited to assess the requirements, made a list and quoted. We agreed a second visit to carry out the work - after which the bikes performed perfectly!! He also took less time than planned, so reduced the price!! Great service, will use again!

cannot rate this company highly enough. Whilst taking part in Lands End to John o groats, my bike developed bearing issues. We were in Bristol and up the creek. Not only did they move some appointments about to come to our aid, but they were super efficient and so knowledgeable and quick to identify and find a solution, allowing us to get back on the road within 1 hr. huge thanks we made Ross on Wye as expected just an hour late. Serviced my bike in record speed, changed some minor parts, adjusted the seat so more comfortable to ride. Plus much advice about further attachments to make it safe to ride in the dark. Jonny is expert, fast, competitive and a great communicator. I had him replace a bottom bracket, back wheel and then a bit later all my gears and crank. The bike is a dream to ride now and you can't beat the convenience of him coming to wherever you are to do the work. I've had many bike repair shops do work before where work was variable but with Boing Bikes there is nothing but great consistent bikemanship.

The service was fantastic. Jonny did great work on my '70s CB racer and my hybrid, which is just a few years old. I has some issues with gears on the racer but now it's working perfectly. Reasonable prices and a really convenient service, I'll definitely use again!

I called him because I had a flat tyre. However he changed my inner tube, checked my brakes, fixed my gear and help me out with a tool, he still charge me with a very GOOD PRICE. He is professional, helpful and kind. It is also very good that he is mobile. I don't have a car so I did not have to walk to a service with my bicycle. I would highly recommend him!

Phoned and left message. Replied back quickly and came out the same day. Did a great job mini servicing my 2 bikes after I'd left them in storage for a while. Changed 2 brake cables, one flat tyre, replaced chain and aligned wheels, adjusted seat positions as well as other minor stuff. Also pointed out things that I hadn't noticed and let me decide if I wanted them sorting or not. Was cheaper than local bike shops and charity bike places and would definitely use again on pure quality alone. Also Jonny really knows his stuff about bikes.

Brilliant service - from A - Z! I brought over a (then) lovely touring bike from Germany many years ago. Lets' the say that the years (and my treatment of her) have been less than kind. I really wanted the bike restored to its former glory, so I turned to Jonny from Boing Bikes. He came by for a free 'scoping' visit and provided me with a quote. A few days later he returned to disassemble the bike - no mean feat, as a lot of it had seized up! He also had good recommendations about how to get the frame shotblasted and powder coated for a competitive price! I sourced some of the parts, and he got the rest, returning some days later to put everything back together again. Well, dedication is the word! Jonny slaved away for a whole to put my beloved relic back together. Tropical downpours and the onset of darkness couldn't phase him!
