I'd just like to say thankyou. The service I've received has been nothing short of exemplary. The turnaround from sending my order off to receiving my bike during these times is nothing short of staggering. The bike is first class quality. I've never had a road bike before, I've been a downhill rider through and through. But your bike has converted me. I love everything about it and it feels rock solid and premium. And to know I'm supporting a cottage industry British brand instead of a mega corporate giant makes it that much sweeter. Please, please keep up the good work. I wish your company all the best and will spread the word like wild fire.

Have just received my Quella bike from the new Varsity range. Really pleased with the purchase, the bike looks even better in real life than it does in the photo and feels really well made. The delivery was a day late, hence the 4 star rating, although Mark at Quella was great and made sure it got delivered the next day.
