First time using a mobile bike mechanic and it was painless and simple, Ross was bang on time, asked a few questions about the bike and within 20 minutes had it riding like id just bought it from the shop again. I highly recommend the Premium Service from Taylored Cycles that I had today. I use my bike every day, so it gets used frequently and decided to treat myself to the premium service. The Bike was picked up and delivered as agreed to my workplace which was very convenient. When it came back it was all shiny and a dream to cycle home as it felt like new again. Brakes were very efficient. A regular service is good to maintain the bikes condition and always feels great when put back to a new state. It is now even appearing on Instagram. Who would think my bike would get more likes than me!
