Do not to look elsewhere, this is what you want if you are on the road. Incredible service, cannot recommend enough. Nigel and Lynette provided the best assistance you could wish. Extremely knowledgeable and skilled, Nigel allowed me to continue my trip when all other shops where refusing to even look at the issue. He investigated the issue and provided functional solutions in less then 3h (changing the entire mechs in my bike). Thanks again!

I received terrific service from this lovely bicycle shop. I took my bicycle into Nigel and Lynette at Mastercraft cycles, and was fearing the worst for it. But much to my delight, this genuine couple assured me that all the problems were fixable, and made no attempt to try and sell me a new bicycle. Even during a busy period, my bike was ready in just a couple of days. My 1998 specialised hardrock now rides like new and feels mechanically better than ever. It was a pleasure to support this local business! Thanks again guys :)

Visited Thursday 15/07/2021 Both Staff (the owners) on site, polite and courteous. Very helpful with both questions and assistance. Purchased inner tubes on local offer app (Loyalfree)(buy 6 get a 7th free)), also received a shop branded water bottle for spending £30+ in store. Definitely will shop again, even without the offers.
