Brought my new bike in today as it kept making a clickety clickety click whilst peddling which was really annoying! Straight away they fixed it by upgrading the gears, so now it's perfect! No more clickety clickety click! Thankyou so much.

Got a puncture fixed today - very helpful service - deallt with it immediately - and only cost £8 compared to Minster Cycles on Anlaby Road Hull - who at the moment will only deal with major repairs and wouldn't repair it even though i bought the bike from them 6 months ago for over £300 -- and they would have charged about £15 to fix a puncture -- was a very useful learning experience.

Got to say, I was delighted with the advice from these guys. Had a bit of maintenance work done to my bike a couple of weeks ago, which transformed it to its former glory. Brakes work, gears work and the service was FAST.. I mean REALLY FAST.

Bought a giant roam and it had to go straight back as there was a noise from crank area, got it back and it was worse. Took it back and again the problem is still there, not too sure if they have even looked at it so im reluctant to take it back again.
