Amazing service dropped grandsons bike off this morning just after ten in a poor state needed bike chain, derailleur, new tyre , wheel alignment all sorted by 1pm everything fitted, tuned up gears, as good as a new bike, £90. Thank you so much for excellent service

Chain snapped about 100m away from here as I was cycling to work. Hadn't been in before but it was certainly convenient for where I was. Chap saw my predicament and fixed a new gear chain straight away. I was off with a fully working bike within 15 minutes. Very quick turnaround and not bad for £15.

While on a tour in Yorkshire and staying close by I had a puncture in the back tyre of a bike with a Rohloff 14 hub and chainglider guard. Bike Doctor was recommended. Service was cheerful, quick, professional and well priced. Saved me an awful lot of trouble. Thank you.

Having recently lost the services of a cycle mechanic who was starting another career.I was panicking but I thought I would try The Bike Doctor, what a great service I received , the problem to the rear cassette was sorted within an hour as promised and at a great price. Popped in to bike a bike lock and pump. Bought a strong lock and a small handpump. Quick service and friendly. Will be popping in again for an handbar extender to be fitted. Do wish they would list prices on their basic website which is the only let down. But would recommened this place.

Andy at The Bike Doctor is a very thoughtful, helpful and competent person. I have used his service on several occasions and he has done a great job each time. Even if there were ever a problem (which there hasn't been) I am sure he would listen and sort something out. He's just a very friendly conscientious person.

Andy was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He instructed me in the use of the electric bike I bought from him. Checked it was all working by riding it himself and I had two rides around. It was great because he made me feel comfortable and not worried about it. He also reassured me that if here were any problems I could call him. Great service. Took my bike into the shop to be repaired. Snapped bolt on the bottom bracket. To me I was looking for a new bottom bracket this been the easiest option. No he drilled it out making it the best and cheapest option. Thank you😀

A really good place for bike repairs and above that, a really good person with good human values. Today I went to adjust my rear breaks and had to fix new pads..Under my circumstances, he only charged half of the cost of both pads and repairing.. Thank you very much...All the best..
