Had a great day out with the kids. Just felt that bike hire was a little on the expensive side.

Came twice as the first time was enjoyed so much by my teenage kids. Good Merida mountain bikes with hydro brakes and not so good Kross mountain bikes with cable discs. Good loop with easy gravel and some steeper climbs on the far side of the lake. Good service but be aware that there is no easy way back if you puncture round the lake.

Recently hired a bike for the day, friendly staff and a very good selection of bikes to hire, which are all very well maintained. Site / cycle route is also well maintained with some beautiful views as you go round, with some great picnic sites. Good day out!
