I bought my Hercules ebike here and have been hugely impressed - not just with the bike, but with the service. Nothing was too much trouble for Keith. In fact, anyone who thinks that good, dependable service is a thing of the past should call in and see for themselves - they don't just want customers here, they want satisfied customers !

Keith runs the shop here, offering a friendly knowledgable service, he kept it open all through the virus lock down of 2020, to help keep us all moving. The shop has moved from valley road to the High Street. Highly recommended.

Happened to get a puncture close to justebikes last week, they dropped everything, including their lunch to fix it, even rang ribble to confirm the Torque for back wheel rather than just guessing. Very reasonable prices as well.

Having completed the first 100+ miles on my Hercules Futura Gates e-bike I thought I would write a quick review. I am very pleased with the bike and the whole e-bike experience, still need to do a long run but the bike has been excellent thus far. It was not my first choice bike but after a couple of test rides and discussions with Keith, I am glad that I changed my mind. The bike is nicely balanced, comfortable to ride and the Bosch performance line motor provides plenty of power options. The Bosch website has some excellent pages on range prediction and charge times that are worth a look. The Shimano hub gears and belt drive are great but take a little getting used to. Advice, set up and service from the shop were excellent, I have only had to re-tighten a couple of nuts and adjust the riding position slightly since I took delivery. One really minor quibble is that the bike has Woods valves and no appropriate adaptor was supplied, but that really is minor. All in all I am very pleased and would recommend Just e-bikes to anyone looking for an electric bike.

I came through last week on a multi day trip. Unfortunately I had lost 3 of my 5 chainring bolts. Keith didn't have any in stock but was extremely helpful, taking some bolts off an old bike in his old shop for me to use. It could have been trip over if it wasn't for him!
