T. G.Booked my Trek mtb in for a service with Simon. It is running better now than it was when I first bought it! When he returned my bike to me, Simon clearly explained the work that had been done and also gave me excellent advice on my future tyre choices. Brilliant service, Highly recommend.
C. L.I've now used Simon 4 times to service my bike, over the last couple of years. He is very good at his job and the bike always feels like new after a service. He is keen to offer advice on how to maintain the bike, and have applied his guidance to regular cleans, which has helped keep general wear and tear to a minimum, saving money on parts in the long run. M. O.Bought a cyclocross bike but knew nothing about how to maintain it properly. When it started squeaking and grating I gave Simon a call. Really knowledgeable, approachable guy. As it happens he needed to take the bike away but returned it a couple of days later in fantastic condition. Gave advice on upgrades, cycling safely and even good local routes to try. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
