Just bought two bikes and had great help and advice from Malcolm. A very good choice and most impressed. Local service is good to have. There was a great choice of bikes especially Giant ones compared to where we had tried first. There was no pressure and a lot of guidance. Much appreciated.

Recently purchased a new bike from here and its a great on the high street store that is a far better experience than online, including value with very competitive prices. Nothing beats having a range of bike makes, models, sizes, cycle accessories, clothing, etc, to cater for riding style, terrain and rider sizes. Service is second to none and have been a customer for 18 years now! They cater for sales, servicing and repairs. Advice and no pressure guidance is freely given and after sales care is the best I have experienced. I would rate the overall experience here as not only the best in Lincolnshire and England but also beats online major stores in all aspects.

Thank you for the service I received in my recent purchase of a Giant E Bike. It is amazing, First time I have been able to ride up hill for 12years! Your knowledge of bikes is outstanding. we first purchased bikes off you( all the family)about 15years ago.So we decided to call back when I needed upgrade. I can see why your shop has been in the family since 1928.You don't get service like that from a large chain. If you are thinking about a visit don't hesitate, the stock is vast. Answers emails promptly. Appointment only during Covid outbreak. PS Thanks to your advice I got £50 more for my old bike than I thought I would!😁

Superb service. We didn't really have any idea of the cycles we wanted and we were given first class advice and NO hard sell. We were not rushed into anything and given time on our own to discuss and think about our decision. The gentleman was very courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was so helpful and patient in answering all our questions. Our bikes were properly set up for us before leaving the shop and, thank goodness, we were assisted in loading them onto the cycle rack that we had not used before as I don't think we would have managed it on our own. We would most definitely recommend the staff and this shop to anyone.

I rarely write reviews, but Malcolm's professionalism, integrity, honesty and positive easy going nature has meant that I would much rather see him get my business than some online or large chain bike shop. I can see why he has such positive reviews. He has always replied promptly to my email questions, was incredibly helpfull when we wanted to return one of the bikes we purchased for a different bike and has on multiple occasions adviced me on purchases (helmets, seats, etc.) based on what he feels would best suit our needs rather than the priciest option he has in the shop. I will continue to take my business to him first and I have no problem recommending and endorsing him and his bicycle shop. Thank you Malcolm and team!

We went to Cleveland cycles to buy an electric bicycle as we had previously purchased a new bike 18 months ago. We were impressed by the knowledgeable service we received then and were not disappointed this time. I think the salesman’s name Was Malcom,, who was very professional and his knowledge of the bike we wanted was superb. No hard sell, which was great.. I cannot rate this cycle shop highly enough and would certainly recommend to everyone.

Great shop, the staff don't push for a sale and offer plenty of advice. Will return again in the future!

Have used them for a year and brought my 2 boys bikes from them with excellent sales getting them the correct sized bike so my boys enjoy riding their bikes with comfort and ease.
