Excellent friendly customer service. Chris is a credit to the shop. Took my bike in for brake repair, expected to leave the bike, however it was fixed there. Exceeded my expectations. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will be using them in future for all my biking needs.

Fantastic little shop - would definitely highly recommend! Extremely knowledgeable staff who are both friendly and helpful. Customer service was spot on. Very reasonable pricing for repairing bikes and they also work very efficiently (they fixed my bike the same day I brought it to them - absolutely no faffing!). Bikes for sale also looked bargain prices whilst at a glance seemed to be very good quality too so can't go wrong. Very happy customer - will be returning for sure!

We had purchased two bikes from Volt, after a lot of hassle from them and waiting 5 months for delivery they were eventually sent to Lincoln Cycle Center. This was a breath of fresh air, Jacob couldn't do enough to help us to the point where he delivered them both to our house in Louth. Customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Whether you are looking for a new or used bike or getting a repair done, you are most definitely in safe and expert hands here. Was so pleased with my recent purchase of a used road bike which has provided many hours of journeys on the surrounding country roads.

Great customer service and always helpful to find what we need. Recently brought an electric bike (second-hand) with some damage to it but they corrected all issues and at no extra cost to me. Love that it's been a bike shop for 150 years and plans to remain that way 😃

I've had several repairs and part replacements performed here, all done at reasonable prices and either same day or the following day pick up. However this particular visit to repair damage to the back gears on my girlfriends bike which was beyond our own maintenance abilities was outstanding. The inital problem fixed after two hours but the additional service found several other issues that were fixed by the following day after confirming the additional repairs over the phone, the general service was also stellar and detail cleaned the front gears and removed the pedals to re-grease there which in the past have taken Halfords a week to complete. The only issue if any is the little qwerk that the back gear controls are now reversed with the new system but its been pretty easy to adapt to.

A good local bikeshop, with workshop at the front.Good customer service, well stocked up on acccessories, experienced fitter.Quick to order bikes, knowledgeable on subject. Cycle was fitted with a dynamo fast, brakes tightened, dynamo was of a good quality and easy to use.It worked perfectly in the rain.Good value for money.

The guys at lincoln cycle centre are amazing. Fast, do great work and extremely affordable. They have done up two 1970 racing push bikes for me. Both had new: brake levers fitted Fixed gear fitted Handle bar rapped New seats New chain The brakes themselves, plus cables Would definitely recommend them!!!! :D
