Had loads of products from Superstar over the years, always great quality at a great price.. Wheel builds are always bang on in my experience, think I've had 4 sets! I always get the DH Tank rim and in the latest set i got their new V6 boost hubs in purple which are awesome 👌

Been a regular customer for nearly 10 years, products have been almost fault free on the dozens of items I've had. 4/5 sets of pedals, 3 wheelsets, several pairs of disc brake rotors, loads of brake pads, rotor bolts,, stems, seatposts, handlebars, grips (they were hands down the best grips and excellent value for money, please bring them back) seat clamps, brake hose kits, old style thru axles, jockey wheels, bash guards, lots of chainrings to name a few. Only 2 issues was a snapped spoke on a 18month old Wheelset and out of a 4 pack of brake pads one pair crumbled, (obviously down to manufacturing fault not SC however a quick email and a free upgraded replacement was sent out). Quick email, quick response sent off and replaced, retrued and sent back in around a week. All under warranty. I think a lot of the bad service issue may lay down to the arsey attitude people go to straight away when they have an issue, rather than being polite. Then a bit of trying to point the finger towards SC when lack of maintainence or poor installation is more likely to blame.

Customer service was perhaps best described as brusque. However the V6 hub works lovely and has transformed the bike. The wheel builder commented on it being a really nice unit. The packaging was plain and simple and fully easily recyclable in the cardboard (this is not a criticism it's a positive). Delivery took a week (covid19 period). It's only done 20 miles so far so can't comment on durability. Four stars not five down to the brusque answers to questions that could and should be answered on the website or on an FAQ. Ive noticed their social media presence can be similar in tone in so much as it is somewhat brusque verging on rude or disinterested. The actual selling of the goods and dealing with customers seems to get in the way of the enjoyment of engineering and playing with the CNC machines

Searched high and low for a 33.1 seatclamp (which is a non-standard size) at a reasonable price ,found one for sale on superstarcomponents ,fast and free delivery ,well packaged ,quality item.

Great value V3 wheels, so smooth and very well built. Small problem with the front wheel so it went back for a check over and it was returned in perfect condition within 48 hours. 100% happy with the service and quality of the wheels are phenomenal for the price. No phone number but email option worked quickly. I was put off by some reviews but I have had a great experience. Great little British company.

Bought a mtb headset. Great quality with seals on upper and lower housings, visually, it is finished to a high standard and was a great price. Delivery was quick. Much better quality and looks than the failed FSA headset and less than 1/2 the price. Impressed, don't normally write reviews but felt obliged to do so.

I have their wheels on my carbon Supersix and I ran a SS front wheel on my main mountain bike three years ago. I bought it whilst waiting for spares for my Hope wheel. I love Hope wheels. I fitted the SS wheel then forgot it was there. It's still there. Plugging along. From pads to discs to chainrings, why go anywhere else? Support UK manufacturers. Keen prices too.

Nothing but positive experiences from these guys. I've bought rotors, brake pads, wheels, pedals and stems from them over the years and all have served purpose very well. They also gave me a free out-of-warranty service on a pair of pedals recently too. Oh and the bag of Haribo is also a nice touch too.

Outstanding performance by Superstar components, especially in current situation. Ordered a custom wheel build at 16:00 on Tuesday, was delivered 12pm Thursday. Wheel is perfect and exactly as i ordered.

Refreshing to have a company sticking there neck on the line to make stuff in the UK at fantastic prices .the nano pedals are just legendary and I've always had fantastic service .keep on eye on social media you can grab some absolutely cracking bargains .

Had a crash and buckled my wheel. All I had to do was send in my broken wheel, buy a new rim from them and they built it up for free under their crash rebuild scheme. Excellent service. Very pleased.
