I didn't know anything about electric bikes but wanted one for getting to work. The staff here were so helpful and I felt all my questions were answered. They even helped me get it into my car for me, amazing service!

Awesome service……. Have always gone to these guys with my road bike for advice and services and always been fantastic!! Recently bought my first second hand e bike and spoke to James whilst purchasing for advice as it had a couple of issues but all explained and I went ahead and bought it. Went into the store today to see about getting the issues rectified and Matty sorted everything out within a few hours and actually saved me money as the bike did not need a service in the end just a couple of adjustments…… Can’t recommend these guys highly enough……friendly, knowledgeable and honest!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Went in on Christmas eve afternoon to purchase a new Electric bike for my husband. Staff were very helpful talking me through the specs especially Mark who was extremely helpful providing a bike to suit our requirements and getting it ready that afternoon, he even brought it round to my car and made sure it fitted securely in the boot. A great 5 star service!!

Blew a tyre on my pure air pro so took it in and it was all sorted the next day. Thankfully only needed a new inner tube. I was informed when I took it in that I may also need a new tyre too, but they were satisfied it was safe to keep on the original one (still had good tread and no safety point faliures). Can't fault the risk assessing! Big thanks to Po (and Jay too 😁) for the work! Scooter ran great on the way home. The guys took the time to chat about some technical stuff with me and even recommended some tips to get a bit more performance and mileage per charge. Excellent customer service and super friendly. Definitely worth a look if you're after an e-scooter, bike or some tech support.

Needed a new front tire as mine had a puncture, took it in at 9am and it was ready for pick up by 10:25. Unreal! The customer service of all staff was brilliant but special mention to Mark who served me, he went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful and a great ambassador for Pure Electric. Been served by Matty and Mark in store to get my scooter repaired. The service they provided was fantastic. Took my scooter in which was booked in which I received a text to inform me it was ready to collect. Scooter was repaired at a great price but the service was amazing from them. Great store, staff are really helpful + friendly and always know what the issue is even when I don't! There have been several occasions when I've taken my bike in thinking it needs a significant repair, and they've fixed the problem within a few minutes and not even charged me. The bronze and silver services are quality, my bike has come out looking brand new and running smooth. No matter what the problem is they'll be able to fix it.

I bought one of your scooters 2 weeks ago along with the care plan and recently took it to the workshop on bold street cause it had a puncture got a text message to say it was ready to collect picked it up and I had to pay for the puncture repair even though I took out a care plan which I'm confused as to why I had to pay which no one explained to me but I'm happy with the scooter.

Went in for a Gold service on my Scott hard-tail, George and Ashley were fantastic. Never felt so welcomed in a bike shop before, both were lovely, seemed to bounce off of one another and have done an incredible job on my bike. It went in filthy, with worn chain. creaky BB and other issues and I swear it has come back to me brand new. I'm not sure what kind of magic they have performed but I am very glad they are there. Both a real asset to Pure Electric. Will be visiting again and will recommend to my friends
