Beatroute cycles was recommended from a friend .Very happy with my bike.It feels better than when I bought it.Fabiano is an excellent mechanic,very passionate of what he is doing and really cool guy,He found what was the problem with my bike straight away.Went to two different bike shops before and they couldn’t. I took my bike in for a silver service. Fabiano had comlleted the work in 2 hours. He is passionate about his work. He is professional to the highest standards. And to finish it off his prices are very fair. It doesn't get better than this bike shop.

I took my new bike in for a quick check due to an issue with my gear set, as we chatted and Fabiano checked over the bike he spotted a number of issues with the finish of the bike. To keep life simple I asked him to service it in full for me and let me know costs. Fabiano called the next day to let me know he had checked the bike further and there was no point doing further work as the frame was not aligned correctly. He hasn't asked for a penny from me even though he has used his time to check the bike in full and has provided help for me to get a refund from the retailer due to the bike being "faulty" You couldn't ask for a better service, professional, happy to share knowledge and shows a real passion for bikes and helping people. If you need help I can't recommend Fabiano enough.

Fabiano is an extremely helpful and lovely person to deal with. I found out about his services through word of mouth and my friend (who also brought a bike) suggesting him. He sells his bikes on instagram. I have bought my first good quality vintage bike from him. Fabiano is wonderful! I got a bike from a friend that needed repaired and I got the bronze service. He fitted new brakes, brake pads etc all within a few days. Excellent communication re updates and even messaged a few days after I got the bike back to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend. Far better than Halfords repair. (They broke the back brakes on my previous bike when I left it in for repair!)

Fabiano is a brilliant mechanic and incredibly friendly. He mentioned to me that he treats every bike like its the only bike, which hits the nail on the head. I couldn't recommend his any more! I broke my crank spindle on my carbon race bike and he diligently sourced the spare parts and repaired it in a matter of days. 5* service and really nice guy.

Incredible service from Fabiano! Other repair shops quoted far higher prices, with a longer fix time. The bike was an old single speed with a difficult lower bracket fix and a wheel build. I'd recommend this shop to everyone, and I will surely be back to him again soon.

I needed my inner tube replaced and chose Beatroute Cycles because of the reviews. I would highly recommend! Very fair price and brilliant service from start to finish. Fabiano even gave my bike a quick safety check and made a few tweaks without charging me. I’ll absolutely go back if I need help again as he’s a kind and honest guy who knows what he is doing. Also, it’s brilliant to support a small local business, especially given the struggle they have gone through with Covid-19. It’s also cheaper and a much better service than any of the larger chains. I cannot recommend Beatroute Cycles highly enough. I booked an appointment to have my bike serviced (you have to book - they get very busy), and brought it along yesterday morning. Beatroute's HQ is at Magenta Self-Storage Unit in Acton - they rent an actual storage unit on the ground floor, so it feels rather unusual wandering past all these enormous shipping containers into the bowels of the building. But inside one of them, Fabiano, a brilliant, charming Brazilian man, repairs, restores and upgrades bicycles. I ordered a gold service - with a full deep clean, brakes and brackets serviced, and much more besides, but Fabiano took plenty of time to work out what I needed, what I used the bicycle for - he examined it carefully to see which parts might need replacing. Then he sent me away, and I received a text a few hours later to say the bike had been repaired. On my return, I hardly recognised the bike - gleaming clean, and just so much more sturdy and well-adjusted than before. Fabiano helped me adjust the saddle, and got everything right for me, then he sent me on my way, and I had a text a couple of hours later to ask if I'd had an enjoyable ride home and if everything was OK with the bike? It was more than OK: he basically turned a rickety old bike into a sleek new one. And did it all with a real enthusiasm for his craft, and a sense of customer care. Thank you, Fabiano - you do an incredible job.
