Noticed this 'indy' on my way to tennis this morning from Wimbledon to Clapham and stopped on the way back as my bike had some noise around the brake area. Tim not only looked at it straight away and fixed it with no charge but we also had a good chat about servicing and looking after my bike etc. As a relatively new cyclist, this is exactly the kind of place one needs for helpful advice and care. Would definitely return to service my bike here and any other bike related stuff. Thanks Tim....much appreciated.

I grudgingly gave 5 stars in this review because in reality these guys deserve 10 stars at least! It's increasingly rare to discover any business where the people that are running it know what they are talking about and have any kind of in-depth knowledge. The team here know exactly what they are talking about and their knowledge and experience shines through. Equally most businesses pay lip service to customer service doing the bare minimum to keep people coming back. That's not the case here where it's blindingly obvious that, as they say on their site 'your mobility....it's personal'. I'll be back as the saying goes.... Thanks again!

Great little shop, solved my issue without having to wait months for an appointment as every other bike shop does instead at the moment, and returned my bike very timely. Took time to give me explanations and gave me good advice for maintenance, not trying to oversell random stuff. Also, to note that they accepted to work on my specific issue for an honest price rather than insisting for a full price complete check up, which has been the norm elsewhere - you usually get a lot of stare-downs as a girl and everyone tries to tell you that anything you assembled MUST be wrong, but not here!! Will definitely return for anything in the future and recommend to my friends.

A business offering real customer service could be a rare find in London these days. Here's one - I had a chain emergency in the neighbourhood, new to the area and far from home - these lads took over while I took a rest at the Common, and 30 minutes later I was riding off. Tired of misleading Google reviews and being a number at the corporate, giant, greedy bike shops that abound these days, I'll pedal all my way back from Richmond to give my bike some quality TLC - and collaborate with a local business. Excellent service, brakes were seized and could have been an expensive replacement, however Tim managed to get them working again saving having to buy front and rear disc brakes. Did all of our bikes here, where a full service wasn’t needed Tim did a safety check instead. Nice to deal with someone who loves bikes and also loves doing a good job. Highly recommended.

Was having problems with my bike changing gear and also a few spokes broken on my wheel. Dropped in first thing in the morning. Got it back In the afternoon and carried out the work I requested and gave my bike a nice look over. After the repairs bike feels so much better. Riding my bike before was so difficult they made it feel like a new bike and the price for the repairs were very good also. Highly recommend them.but do call before because they do get busy.

I should have reviewed The Bellevue Bicycle shop years ago! I exclusively use this place for servicing and any repairs needed. Fantasic service! I arrived just after 8am with a buckle in my rear wheel. The were able to work on it immediatly. Although they unfortunately found a crack in the carbon, they provided exteremly helpful advice on what say to the manufacturer when raising the issue with them. The wheel truing they were able to do was very well price. Could not recommend them more, will definitly be back.
