I bought a ebike from them including free servicing. I was able to choose the most ideal bike for myself, with their help. I ordered and collected on the same day. They got it assembled as I have no idea where to start. When I went collect it, the friendly staff showed me how the bike worked, they gave me a lock too for free, honestly couldn't be happier. Great buy! Great service! and very happy with the bike so far. I would definitely buy from Bicycle Land again and would recommend.

I ordered my Ado A20 bike through bicycleland party due to their good reviews. I am happy to say, the reviews were right. The order was received quickly. There was a screw missing from the kickstand, I phoned Lucy and one was sent out straight away. I also had a technical problem and Shane sorted that out too. The best Fiido and ADO bike shop in UK, very happy I am buying from an actual bike shop in UK and not online dishonest sellers. The pricing are excellent and comes with free servicing and inner tube. Bought my ADO A20 from the very helpful gentleman at Cycle Mend in Whitechapel who advised me on alternatives, kindly set it up and installed better tyres than the ones it comes with. His advice was based on his experience servicing all of the various bikes and we went deep into the strengths and failures of every part and component. The servicing and warranty period offered is also very reassuring. Would highly recommend. Great, confidence-enthusing buying experience.

My Fiido electric bike had broken spokes and was unfit to be ridden but other, slicker, outfits didn’t want to touch it because it’s an online only brand. BicycleLand came to my rescue, fixed my bike’s problems and got me back on the road for a reasonable cost. Plus the staff were extremely nice and courteous. Thanks BicycleLand!

Purchased my Fiido M1 just before Christmas. Came in a week, as promised. Unfortunately due to working constantly its taken me 5 months to actually get it out the box and on the go 🙈 Bike was in perfect condition and super simple to part assemble. All parts were present in the box. Just one or 2 issues now that I've been on it, the UK adapter it comes with isn't great, and the charger slips out of this pretty easy , making you think the bike won't charge, so something to watch out for, also the bike won't charge unless the key is switched to on position, and I can't seem to release the battery from the bike either 🤔 the front brake pad is also misaligned, its making a God awful noise which comes and goes, but is very very annoying, also affects speed. Its booked in to Halfords for a check over, and hopefully easy to fix. All in all this company have been great tho, and i doubt the issues with the bike are their fault, as they are just the middle man. Customer service is very good, and the individual I spoke to was very apologetic and understanding. I was dubious about ordering from this company, as the bike was almost £1000 but they are genuine, and haven't messed me about at all. All in all a trustworthy place with some really cool ebikes for sale, that are stored and shipped from the UK. Highly recommend the Fiido M1 (so far lol). Its an excellent, sturdy, well made bike, fat tyres are brilliant, and the comments I get in passing ppl are amusing 😆 it also fits in the back seat of a car when folded, and the big tyres make it pretty easy to bump up steps. Its very heavy, I won't lie. I'm a female and can manage it fine when not folded, but due to it being quite awkward to lift when folded, it is a struggle, not looking forward to taking it on the train any time soon lol. 14 miles, mix of big uphill and big down hills, on pavement, mostly on the highest setting, and some throttle and pedalling at same time when going up hill, and it depletes 2 bars (half the battery) so I reckon the true mileage off a single charge, is in the region of 28/30 miles. Although if travelling on less hills and at a lower setting i imagine more could be achieved. I've not used the throttle on its own much, unless in the country park, as we all know in the UK throttle isn't legal. All in all a very happy customer here. Its my new pride and joy, and feel like a kid again 😆

They did a very good job for fixing my electric bike, because truly speaking They where so honest to me, my bike chaging pot was having problem so I wasn't able to charge it,when I contacted them the one at whitechapel he said I have to wait to find the original part for me, so I wait for a months until they have to part and they contacted me, I went to whitechapel he fix, before I went Jabber electric at walthamstow that guy is not honest. He put fake charging pot in my bike, my bike stop working but since when I meet bicycle land my problem is solved and I'm happy....

The Fiido D3S was delivered promptly. After unpacking the bike, fitting the seat and unfolding the handlebars the bike was ready to go. The Fiido D3S electric bicycle is an excellent product.
