I love this place, which is the only place I trust about my bike. I bought my marvelous bike from there six month ago. Sometimes I go there for regular checks or ask something about bike. The staff always welcome me so warmly and are willing to resolve the problems. They have an excellent service in both mechanic and customer service. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm so glad to have the ‘Bike House’ :)

Very nice, tidy shop. I have bought a few items from here including some quite obscure & hard to find bits. Great staff, friendly! And they were quick with a helpful favour on my last recent visit. Recommended!

After a fall, I took my bike in for a check. The team was friendly and helpful. They took the bike in for one night and checked it. No parts needed to be replaced and I guess the damage was minor, since the ride is as smooth as before... But the price was definitely OK (as in 0£). Will go back, no doubt.

Great service today. Went in after my pedal and clank came loose and fell off, and they fixed it on the same day for no charge. The screw needed replacing. I cycled home safely and the bike feels great. Thanks! Would recommend :)

Brilliant shop! There are very helpful staff here and a great selection of new bikes: Bianchi, BMC, Genesis, Ridgeback. All of which I tried out locally and ended up buying one of them. There's also a great selection of accessories, such as locks and lights. The shop does a good job of filtering brands so that what they offer is high quality. They were happy to change the wheel release for locking in the workshop. If you're after a bike or looking to repair one, I recommend!

Great and friendly service. Brought my bike in in the morning on the way to work with a loose front chainset and they fixed it on the same day. I would highly recommend to anyone.
