We've been using them for years. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Recently our bike was stolen from the shop. They immediately arranged to replace the bike with a new bike of higher spec, and replaced all the accessories. Amazing service after an unfortunate incident.

top service......and great help 4 years later update: great help with my wheels I made the mistake of going to evans cycles hendon 1st, sorry Adrian never will I make that mistake again, they didn't even know what they were talking about sold me the wrong wheels..... Adrian serviced my brakes no questions as I use track handlebar which don't usually have brakes, as well as providing me with great advise regarding my carbon wheels, all in all I am super happy........ next I need to upgrade my crankset bringing it only here. Thanks guys great job.

Adrian is a superb, old school, expert bike mechanic. Totally trustworthy, knows his stuff inside and out. No need to challenge him on the repairs or parts. He does full services on both my bikes, and I regularly pop in for small jobs here and there. He trued the wheels on my Specialized last time and it felt like new again. I rode out of there with a big grin on my face. He is quite flexible, unlike the big chains, and gives great customer service. There is parking directly outside during the day and the weekend. After 4.30 use a side street as it becomes a bus lane.

Went in on a Monday late afternoon to see if I could get my bike serviced during the week. Was informed it'd be ready on Wednesday evening (2 days to repair it). Came around to pick it up on Friday and the bike was as good as new. Excellent service, no frills, always greeted with a smile and all this for a fair price. Couldn't ask for more. Brought my Caad10 in as I broke the grooves on my headset because of low quality tools that i used trying to put a new -17 degree stem at home. Adrian fixed it and plus he did some tune up. Now my bike is running smoothly! Adrian is an Expert, Honest, Trustworty and he did a great job at a fraction of a price! Will come back again.

I cover great distances on my bicycles across the whole of London and beyond and in my time I've tried out many a different mechanic, although, since I discovered this place many years ago I don't go anywhere other than Broadway Bikes :) Whether it's your day to day 2-wheeler or a high-end Tour de France winner, either will be taken care of by this bike specialist who always has the solution. Fair in every way, knowledgeable, never a hard sell in sight nor any unwelcome surprises, all of which says a lot and even more so when comparing to the majority of any type of businesses in the big city nowadays!
