I happen to know a bit about bikes and bike repairs/mechanics, so how good is it to find a mechanic that really knows their stuff, can use their initiative, think outside the box and can do repairs, which another bike shop said was too complicated and do them professionally, quickly and at a good price. Well pleased. Can highly recommend them.

I needed a tyre and inner tube. I called and asked if they had them. They did. I went round, and they even fitted them for me. I was done and out in 10 minutes. Friendly, down to earth, straightforward. Isn't this the way a business should be run? These guys set a good example of how to be. Very professional, very responsive.

Very good service, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. These guys will not take advantage of you if you are a cycling novice and their prices are very cheap - especially when juxtaposed with other local bike shops such as Lunar Cycles. I have left my bike in Cycle Docs Workshop for servicing on two occasions and I do not have a single complaint. Happy to put money into a brilliant local business that adds something to the high street, and helps contribute to making this area such a nice place to live.

Had a problem with my bikes rear derailleur, they fitted me in the next day and it's fixed. Great service, prompt and fair price. Will be back to get my bike serviced.

Francis fitted my pedals today in about 5 seconds. A job I didn't have the tools for and he did it all with a great smile and the cost was included in the parts. He could've easily charged me a few quid for labor. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I needed an emergency front brake repair after it snapped on me going down from the suicide bridge in Archway. The fella in the shop took care of it in couple of minutes and I was able to get to work. Formula 1 pit-stop. Good and friendly service. No charge.

Great service, good communication and quick turnaround. I went for the full service after a year of fairly heavy usage of the bike during lockdown, and their recommendations on the replacement parts needed were in line with my expectations - I offered up a replacement of the cassette if necessary, but they fully tested it with a ride combined with the new chain and told me that wasn't necessary. Headed out on the bike for 80km on the Sunday after and it rode like a dream. Kudos Docs!

Both my partner and I booked to have our bikes serviced here using the Fix Your Bike voucher. As promised, our bikes were ready for collection by the end of the day and both in excellent condition with both our concerns addressed. Only rating one star less as I specifically asked to keep the damaged inner tube (so I could repair later on my own rather than throwing it out), but when I went to collect, it seemed they had forgotten and thrown it out. They rummaged through their discard pile and gave me another one, however it wasn’t until I got home that I realised it was not the right size. Just a shame as I personally prefer to repair than throw things away if possible.

Had some issues with a new bike I had purchased and the team at Cycle Doc's were great. They called me to ask whether I was happy to go with a specific part that might not match the bike and were great at communication. Bike was perfect afterwards, I couldn't have been happier with the service I received!

Great experience here. Came in with a small job I had been struggling with, the mechanic did it then and there and walked me through exactly what he was doing and what had been going wrong. Very reasonably priced too. Can't recommend enough!

I don't think I have ever received a better service. The guys running the shop are extremely proffesional and friendly. My reasonably priced bike repair was literally done in 30 mins - very impressed. It would be silly to try and look for a better cycle repair shop in the whole of London, would 100% recommend.
