Great service - brought in my electric bike where rear wheel change was a nightmare. That got fixed but the team also noticed an issue with the way the bike had originally been assembled. Now that issue sorted it works ten times better than it ever has. Fair and reasonable pricing too.

These guys replaced my bottom bracket at a good rate, quick service and they were completely upfront about their services, no hidden fees. They even sprayed the chain, replaced a few bolts and pumper the tyres at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Best bike shop south of the river. Have used them for about 5 years as they've grown. Not snobby about what bike you've got (they treat everyone the same even me with my old clap trap). They are busy but they charge very fair prices and have a good response rate. They also do complimentary bikes while yours are in the shop. When your bike is ready you get a text to collect. They also (currently) don't have a late pick up charge like some places. Have always been happy with their work and suggestions. Helpful bunch!

Honest and competent people. My bike's rear gear was not working. Elsewhere they said it was necessary to change the shifter completely. They fixed it for a fair price. Anyway, just glad the bike was fixed, a few hours later the rear wheel was stolen...

These guys are like in an advert for a really nice local bike shop that barely exists anymore - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I came to their shop 'coz I felt my bike needed pumping after 2 months of usage. Damian, one of the staff, was very friendly and immediately fixed my bike issues. Excellent. Genuinely fantastic customer service and bike repairs. I’ve a folding e-bike, on which I needed a spoke replacing, wanted the tyres changing and I’d a few concerns with the gears and chain. I made contact by e-mail and they replied right away and suggested I drop-in with the bike. I offered that I’d feeling that the bike needed a full service - as was concerned - and Calvin checked the bike over there-and-then and assured me a full service wasn’t necessary and that just a few checks and the repairs I wanted were all that was needed - they could have just gone with my suggestion and assumption, and offered/charged me for a full service, but assured and offered me only that which I really needed for the age and condition of the bike. The repairs and checks were done same-day, in only a few hours, and I received a text message to say the bike was ready for collection. The team are clearly passionate about bikes and giving excellent service, and I can see why they are so highly-recommended. Cycle Fix will now always be my go-to for all my bike repairs and serving, and I fully recommend them - genuinely friendly, honest and offer an excellent service at great value.

Quality service every time. I take my bike in once a month to clean and service my drivetrain, and every time I take my bike back, these guys have gone the extra mile; fixing and adjusting all the other little things too (which make a big difference)! My bike always feels good as new when I take it back. Literally can’t go wrong with these guys. They know their stuff and are on it. I took my bike to Cycle Fix this morning for a rear tyre and inner tube replacement and had a great experience - the guys working at the shop were friendly, provided a great service, did the work at a very reasonable price and returned my bike very quickly. Very quick and good service. Took my bike in to fix the derailleur. The staff member put the bike on the stand and assessed the situation. He said the bike could be fixed now. Despite being busy Damian checked it yesterday and asked me to leave the bike today so he can work on it peacefully. He carefully listened to what I asked him to do. I bought my bike online so I was expecting somethings needs changing although the bike was serviced by Halfords (according to the seller). Still the ride was unstable, gears weren't responding, wheels were wobbly. I received the text message that my bike is ready for collection. Now that's what you call a standard of the service 👏. Great service today from the guys at Cycle Fix - needed a badly buckled rear wheel replaced, got a contaminated brake disc and some pads replaced at the same time and was charged no labour since the old brake disc would've been transferred to the new wheel anyway. Was able to go round after work since they're open till 20h which is very handy. They worked very quickly and efficiently, were personable and friendly - wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had a rounded bolt on some sram omnium cranks, two bike shops turned me away saying they couldnt get it out and replace it. These guys did it 40mins and were busy. Only charged a tenner as well so will definitely go back, these guys know their stuff.

There's a good reason for the across-the-board 5 star reviews & it's that these guys are absolute pros. Their attention to detail is second to none & they treat everyone who walks through their door with respect. There's no snobbishness but their work is high quality & in my experience that can be a hard combination to find in a bike shop. I've been in for a huge variety of fixes, from punctures to total gear replacement to full services & am never disappointed. They are amazingly thorough, deal in quality parts and are seriously competitive in terms of price. They're also great at offering a range of parts to suit every budget. To put the cherry on top, the staff are lovely people and a pleasure to deal with every single time - even at the end of a long day. At this point I really wouldn't trust anyone else with my bike.

I've been to Evans and been overcharged, and been to independent shops and been patronised, and ignored/not listened to, but here I found staff that want to help and don't judge you - and my repairs ended up less than quoted. Found my new bike shop.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!! An absolute god send. I had a puncture on my ebike on Thursday evening. Torrential down pour and a puncture what could be worse? A kind fellow cyclist advised me there was a cycle shop opened late that could fix it and presto there they were 6.30pm working away fixing all the unlucky cyclist victims of sudden punctures o their commute home. They were fully stocked with tubes, and all the equipment needed to get an ebike wheel off. I cant thank the guys enough for saving my bacon. They just need to open more branches along popular commuter routes, or even a mobile service? BEST BIKE SHOP IN LONDON!! and they stay open late to meet customer needs of emergency fixes, not like other shops that just open when no ones cycling?!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I bought a bike recently from a big well known company who were supposed to make it for me and deliver it (I know nothing about bikes and hadn’t been on one since I was in my teens!) but the first time I rode it I could tell something wasn’t right. I popped in to Cycle Fix (down the road from where I live) and their customer service was PHENOMENAL! I didn’t say anything and they already identified why I had come in (handlebars were wrongly positioned) and made a few adjustments to the brakes as well as a few other tweaks. Very professional and friendly - a genuine trustworthy team with great ethics. They don’t sell bikes but have most accessories so will look no further when I’m in need or something to support their family owned business. Have been twice and spoken to both Damien and Terry (brothers). They genuinely have a regular customer for life. ❤️ Can’t recommend them highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for everything guys! They did a safety check and they fixed a broke cable, which connects to the speed reader on my bike. The service was professional, clean and fast. I bought a cheap bike that broke within a month and they assessed it and gave me a report so I could work with the guarantee. Thanks to them I got a new bike as a replacement and I brought it to them for a health check once I assembled it. They went above and beyond, even adding a proper piece for my lights to be held in the saddle. It was fast and the customer service was great, they even remembered who I was! I highly recommend them. These guys are next level. I have now had to bring my bike there on three occasions and each time they solve it much quicker than expected and then tell me I don't have to pay because it was too simple. I have to ask them to charge me. Another plus, I have a Dutch bike with bits that can't be imported easily. For instance, the sides are held by clamps one has to import. The owner found a way to solve my issue on the spot. As good as new. Really good guys

This place is incredible. After ringing around 5 bike shops looking for a helicoil fix, and being told each time that they hadn’t got the tools, Lunar Cycles in Kentish Town pointed me in the direction of this place. They told me to pop in so I cycled south on one pedal. Not only did they do the helicoil fix, they also basically serviced the bike on the spot - wheel truing, new rear cassette and cables etc - and it now rides superbly. All for an extremely reasonable price, and done within an hour. Passionate and extremely efficient staff, and an excellent drop in on the day system - vital in these circumstances and a refreshing change from booking things weeks in advance.

I first went to Cycle Fix a couple of years ago with my fixie (has brakes). Kept getting rear punctures and couldn’t figure out why. Of course I hadn’t had it serviced in years. Cycle Fix had it on the stand in seconds and identified a tiny nic in the side of the tyre wall that was caused by movement in the chain which needed replaced (apparently fixies are a bit harder on chains). They changed the chain and tyre, sorted my brakes and the bike was like brand new. This all happened in a matter of minutes and not only did I get a schooling in how to look after the bike properly it was inexpensive given the parts and work they did to it. I took my second visit today. Called ahead to check if I needed an appointment - told them what problem was and they said just to drop in. First bike up was my girlfriend’s Pinnacle. The gears have never been right and we’ve had it back to Evans who have not been able to sort it. Experience with Cycle Fix was the same again - straight on the stand and they had identified a tension issue and that back wheel was buckled. Also gave them my Boardman URB9.4 with Gates hub and di2 to give it the once over - turns out there was play in both wheels and they also identified and corrected a number of set up issues. Saw a lot of different bikes and scooters (inc electric and all of ranges of specialist bikes) come into the shop. Cycle Fix were confident with anything brought through the door to them. My girlfriend and I got a chance to have a bit of banter with the brothers that own the place this afternoon and they are top boys. What they are offering is an amazingly fast, honest knowledgeable and interactive/educational service at incredible value. Would recommend actually chatting to the lads - you’ll learn a lot about your bike very quickly. Can’t recommend highly enough. We Won’t be taking our bikes anywhere else as long as we’re near London.

Would like to thank Cycle Fix London for all your help, I purchased a bicycle recently not knowing much about it. Found Cycle Fix London when out cycling and thought I’d have the bicycle checked over. Took my new Boardman in for a safety check, since Cycle Republic closed and I'm not familiar with adjusting cables etc myself. Amazing place, great guys to deal with. I knew didily squat about bikes when when i first got given one at the beginning of lockdown. I took it to the guys asking for a service, they were helpful, informative and honest, they told me it didn't need a full service and only a check up and thus saved me money. A friend told me about this workshop after got ripped-off by my local bikeshop a couple of times.. I went to this place despite it’s very far from my place. Nice and straight forward style, fast, efficient, well priced, great Park tool gear they use, they pick up the phone... They do fix everything from the cheapes hi-ten steel mtb from the 90’s to racing technique. I could not agree more with all the previous reviews. I have been cycling for over a decade and used numerous repair shops around London but hadn't received better service anywhere else. My bike was due for a service and Damien and his colleagues accepted it with very little notice, and did such a fantastic job that my bike was as good as new (all done within 24hrs despite them being fully booked up). Amazing service. Stupidly took my bike to Evans first. After quoting me £68 to fix it they kept it for 12 days before calling me to say they couldn't fix it because it was too old (its 4 years old). Took it to Damien at Cycle Fix today who diagnosed the fault literally at a glance and told me it didn't need the part Evans had said it needed but if it had done they're really common and easy to get hold of. He then explained and showed me why this was. One hour and £28 later I returned and collected my perfectly working bike. What a contrasting experience.

Found these guys purely by accident as I was walking by having dropped my car for an MOT, but I can't praise them enough. My front gears were seized which is why I went in, thought I'd get a price. £50.00 plus parts for a complete service, including sorting out the gears. Took the bike in first thing the next day (Saturday), and it was given a good look over, I didn't even realise my rear axle was broken 'till I saw it in 2 pieces. No trying to stitch the customer up, everything that was going to be needed was explained and choice of parts provided. I was then given a courtesy bike and off I went. Came back after work on the Monday and I couldn't believe the bike I'd left was the same one I was collecting. It was immaculate, every thing promised had been completed and all for the quoted price!! These brothers certainly know their stuff and they are so warm and friendly, 5 stars doesn't do them justice, I won't be going anywhere else and I wholeheartedly recommend them. So pleased to find this privately owned gem! The guys here really know - and care - about what they're doing and explain what's going wrong (even to cycle-laymen like myself!) before fixing it - while you wait, if they can! They don't do unnecessary work to make a few extra pennies, but explain why the bike rides the way it does and what work could be done. A suspected problem on the brake came true and they were courteous and quick to fix it when I took it back and were adamant that it fell under the original payment (of just £15) - a clear sign of care and passion for what they do! How lovely - and rare - not to be cheated out of money! And, moreover, not a service you often get from the bigger chains. And cheaper than the bigger chains too! I get the feeling they won't stop until they fix the issue and you are happy with the bike - a brilliant customer-focussed service! So, so pleased I found this shop and didn't go to Halfords down the road! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

I used Cycle Fix for the first time over the past few days and can't recommend them enough. My rear derailleur had broken clean off the bike causing a bad buckle and many other problems. Within minutes Terry had given me a price to replace the required components and started the work immediately. Genuinely these guys are saviours - I utterly stacked it at the Kennington CSH lane segregation, ended up with a back wheel shaped like a pringle, and this was at 7:30 pm on a weekday so I assumed I'd be walking the remaining three and a half miles home in the rain. Cycle Fix was thankfully open, and walking in, they were immediately attentive and professional and willing to go way above and beyond to make sure I was sorted out there and then. A-class customer service. Not only did Terry, my mechanic, also fix a whole litany of other issues from the crash that I'd not noticed, but he stayed past closing time to do so (and sorted me out with a stool to sit on when my ankle started giving me gip!). In addition, both the guys at Cycle Fix were informative about the best options for commute travel when it came to components, and some simple maintenance hacks to avoid costly repairs in the future. These guys are brilliant and if you are a cyclist based anywhere south of the river I strongly recommend you dip in for your six-month service or any other repairs or tune-ups - you won't be disappointed.

I had a battered 5 year old road bike that had its front wheel stolen - I needed serious help. I took the bike to Halfords who gave me a ridiculous quote and a 7 day expected turnaround. I then took the bike to Damian who honestly explained what did and didn't need replacing and why - he clearly knew what he was talking about but didn't presume that I knew all the ins and outs which was great. The quote he gave me was very reasonable, well below what halfords quoted, and he had the bike ready for me in a couple of hours (I was under time pressure so this was hugely appreciated). I was first introduced to Cycle Fix London via a groupon discount coupon for servicing. Damian did a great job of fixing up my Dahon folding mountain bike including adjusting the gears which are fiddly on this model (other cycle mechanics have failed to manage to do properly). He is knowledgeable, good at problem solving and works long hours (8am-8pm). I took the bike back recently for replacement of a broken chain which he did quickly and efficiently at very reasonable cost. The location is not too far from Central London and he will lend you a bike at no charge to get around on while yours is being repaired.

I ride a decent £300 popular brand of single-speed, that I use for a short commute every day and back, as well as all around the place, taking it on the overground as well, riding across London once a week or so etc so it gets a decent amount of use. Have been to several bike shops in the area, Greenwich as well - nothing on these guys. Absolutely excellent shop on the up and up. Family run, two 20-something brothers, both top bike mechanics who know exactly what they're doing. Tiny shop floor where you can sit on a sofa next to the register and watch them working, seriously fast and focused with maximum attention to detail. Whenever they can the'll just complete it on the spot for you and send you on your way. Aside from regular maintenance I have just had them rebuild a bike and am about to have them do another, an absolutely cracking job every time without fail. Since they're so close to my work I will often have them do something simple like have a look at a certain small issue, give me some advice or change a tube since they can do it in about 10 minutes and to a better level, faster, put the wheel back on straighter and with the right chain tension - than I could at home in 30 mins. All of this as well as telling me whatever I want to know they do free of charge. When they know its something that to a skilled hand and eye takes 5 minutes and is a no-brainier, they will do it free of charge, and I see them doing the same for plenty of people coming in for the first time as well. At the same time as never trying to sell me anything that isn't exactly what I need for my exact level of riding, for an excellent price (as in cheaper than/matched to wherever i've found online) they always always go the extra mile to make it cheaper in price, the'll write off the easiest parts of the labour without thinking twice and only charge me for what takes more time and effort. 70 reviews and literally not one less than 5 stars says it all. Have seen these guys growing and I know they will be seriously successful in no time I just hope they don't move the shop further away! John H B
