Dont even bother with any other shops on the high street or chains, this shop is the real deal. Got a puncture in hyde park whilst cycling with mates, dejected I walked all the way to Decathlon on the high street only for them to rudely tell me they didnt know how to fix my bike (its a brompton) - this was after dragging it up and down stairs and queuing for ages. Walked over to Cycle Care and got it fixed on the spot. The lovely mechanic even fixed a problem which had been bugging me for ages after a bad crash. Theres also a very nice cafe next door so you can get a coffee whilst they fix your bike. Thanks so much guys and whenever i'm in West London with a bike problem i know where to go.

Best bike service I’ve had in London! I’ve been to the store a few times now and everyone that works there is always super nice and helpful. Recently, I had a few problems with my tires’ position that were rapidly fixed. After that, cycling felt like flying! Great service for a fair price and very considerate people.

Snapped my freewheel cog on the way to work this morning and dropped into Cyclecare to book in a service. This local store rocks: very efficient work and you can tell that the guys know what they're doing. Got there unnanounced to have my gear shifting fixed (needed a new Bowden cable and jockey wheel) and it took 10 minutes max. Reasonable prices, too!

Take your bike here! My bike's gears were broken & it was just generally run down and they sorted it out really quickly and for a very reasonable price, as well as giving me some great bike tips. Rear tyre ran flat about a hundred yards from the shop on a ride across London. Tube and tyre replaced for a reasonable price in about ten minutes. No appointment, and plenty of patient DIY advice for the novice biker.

I had an electric scooter puncture and decided to get my tires changed to solid ones . After fiddling at home for the entire evening I went to those guys the next day - they changed both of my tires and did some light maintenance in just 40 minutes. And the price was very reasonable. I have been recommending them on reddit for other London e-scooter users as i could not have been happier with their service!

Great set of guys! I just rolled in off the street, literally, because the gears on my bike jammed. They dropped everything to assist and advise on what was wrong with the gears and how I could fix them. Even though they didnth ave the relevant parts they redirected me to an alternative store that could perhaps assist. By far the best mechanic I've been to in London! They replaced the crank, greased the chain, indexed the gears, fixed the breaks and pumped up the tires; and only charged for the crank. Great service. Highly recommended!

Great service and good prices. Mechanic seems to be more knowledgeable than in high street bike shops. Doesn't try to sell you parts you don't need and offers his best price on repairs. (way cheaper than Evans and CC) This is now the only place i trust to handle my bike.

Took my bike in for a bottom bracket change as the other was shot. Had a crack at changing myself but couldn't shift the drive-side retaining cuff which was seized on hard. Took the bike into Cyclecare and Simon quoted me £60 to change. He completed the work for only £50 including dealing with the seized on bearing cuff so very happy. He also tightened up the back axle for no extra charge. This shop has great customer service and I will definitely be using again.

During the summer, I got two punctures on my Xiaomi M365 electric scooter. The shop replaced the inner tubes I supplied for a cheap price, and suggested me solid tires to not have that same issue again, so you know they really care about clients more than the volume of repairs. I'll go again if I have any issue!

I came in 30mins just before closing time on a Friday evening to get help on indexing my gears. Simon gave a previous quote of a very reasonable £15 and he spent 1 hour doing it with a lot more manual work than I expected. Should have definitely cost more and I was prepared for it, but he still charged the original price and stayed 30mins past closing time. Very good man and service. Definitely recommend as your go-to local bike shop.

I went into this shop to buy a new inner tube, I just happened to mention that my gears were crunching when I changed them and Simon just fixed them for me on the spot.
