A fantastic, professional Cargo bike service. Rachid was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to not only fix the issues but then do the administrative work in order to get the motor replacement. Communicative and excellent response time. Highly recommended

We've been using Cycledelik for many years now and would definitely recommend the business. Rachid is brilliant at servicing and maintaining the bikes. The repairs can be booked at the office in central London or home address in greater London. He also did a great job of sourcing and supplying some excellent bikes for the children.

Normally incredibly casual with regards to leaving customer reviews but Rachid just deserves one. Within around half an hour he had arrived, solved our issue and actually one we didn't know we had along with some great advice and a friendly attitude. Very much recommended.

Everyone - be REALLY careful. I just tried to book a £75 express service and in the (very complicated) booking process over £200 was added for a call out fee (£80) and a priority fee (£120) because I didn’t want to wait until SEPTEMBER. I didn’t expect any of this and just went through the payment process without thinking because I was expecting to have been charged £75 and then found they’d charged me £279!!! Loads of good reviews on here so I’m hoping they’ll refund me immediately. I’ll update with how I get on. UPDATE: They provided an immediate a quibble-free refund which is great. It’s also taught me a lesson not to book things like this while also trying to feed my three kids!! 😂

I cant speak highly enough of this company. The gears on my bike needed sorting as the bike was unusable. I booked the wrong date and they worked with me to come sooner. I tested out the bike this morning on my Sunday ride and it felt like a new bike I can’t remember it ever being this good. Thank you Rachid will definitely use you again.

Rachid was totally brilliant when he came to fix the flat tyre on my cargo bike. I was back up and running pithing 24 hours and he went the extra mile too - he checked the bike over and adjusted the seat which had wobbled into the wrong position. He was charming, punctual and I would highly recommend him and cycledelik to anyone.

How do you keep 'em down on the farm once your bike's been in Rachid's super competent hands? Rachid is a proper engineer and such a great guy! I realise that, after years of popping in and out of workshops for rushed, quickie bike repairs, I actually haven't been looking after my bikes at all and therefore, I haven't been getting the best out of them. It's never too late to learn this lesson. I just feel so grateful for having discovered Cycledelik! Exceptional service and expertise, right on your front doorstep. What more could you ask for?! Superb customer service and professional work carried out by Rachid and his team. I'm glad I was introduced to them by a local friend when he said Cycledelik are one of the best in Acton. They've taken great care and delicate work with my bikes over the years and I routinely ask them for help and a MOT-like service to ensure they're running optimally and at their best. I also requested them to build a bespoke mountain bike a while back and they did it effortlessly and without any problems by coming to me without any surprises or unexpected premiums. No complaints and I haven't been let down by them so far. Keep up the good work, Cycledelik.

Rachid is extremely passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to bicycles and generally a very nice guy. I've had a monthly 'contract' with him for over two years and it's a great deal. He services my bicycle every couple of months and and in case I break down I know he'll get me back on the road the earliest possible even if this means coming to do the job at 6 in the morning!! Highly recommended!

I have been using Cycledelik for over four years now and belong to one of their membership schemes. My bikes are scheduled for frequent check ups and are kept in the best condition which minimizes issues while on the road. However, when something does go wrong the team is very flexible and reliable to help you out. They come on site to where you are and carry a wide stock of bike parts to quickly get your riding again. I think the best part of this is that they come to you. So when I commute to work they can visit my office to replace a flat. They also come to my home in greater London to carry out service on the whole families bikes. The value of the membership has paid for itself many times over in convenience alone. Plus service is always with a smile.
