Top class service and super friendly team. Dropped in bike for a service, they did a tremendous job on it and it now rides like a dream. Ian and Marius were also super friendly and were obviously passionate about both bikes and providing a great customer experience. Think i may have found my new local bike shop!

Stopped for a quick nexus gear adjustment. It was constantly slipping. Marius and Ian were very helpful. No waiting time. 5 mins quick services and good as new. Highly recommended. They are friendly and welcoming.

Been here a few times now, twice for tyres and most recently for a new chain and cassette fitting. Marius and Ian are very friendly, professional and really seem to know their stuff. All times I have been they have been willing to do the repair there and then which has been really handy. Good prices too, could not recommend more!

Great service! I came in there with a second-hand bought bike and needed some adjustment for my saddle. They helped me right away patiently and checked other parts of the bike as well. I got good advice on bike locks and how to look out for my bike in London. I will definitely come back there if I have any troubles with my bike - thank you!

Lovely place, would highly recommend! I had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the bike tire changing lesson in particular, at the shop. Learned a lot, and was made to feel very welcome by the owner, Ian, who was knowledgable, helpful, and explained and answered all questions so willingly and with enthusiasm. Look forward to more workshops in the future and to visit again.

Simply amazing new shop in town. I had a bike with Shimano gears thay would not work well anymore. I went to few shops before and no one got the diagnostic right. On the opposite, they recommended me to replace the entire gear system. Then, I tried my luck with this brand new shop. They looked at my bike and fixed it by simply adjusting the wires. I did not need anything else, certainly not replacing the Shimano gears that the other shop recommended. I used to go to the other shop for sometimes, I am done, I will now go to Cyclonic every time, for me, and all my family. The owner is professional, honest, friendly and geniunly cares about his service. Really amazing also how good he is at what he does. I looked at how he fixed the bike, it was like fixing a piano or a violin, he adjusted everything just by listening and looking at the bike. Simple magic, well, simple super tallented he is!

I do not know much about bicycles and every time I enter a shop with my broken bicycle, someone tries to rip me off.. :D The owner of this shop fixed my bike for a fraction of price that another shop told me, and also once without a charge! Will be back

Okay I have been to a LOT of bike places with my inner tube having given up on me in desperation to get out and riding again. I get that it's a straight forward process change the inner tube et voilà. But... This guy ACTUALLY cared about my bike. He wasn't just trying to get the job done. He took his time explaining things to me, told me about my bikes condition educated me on things I was quite clueless about. I left with my bike feeling smoother than ever, and I didn't even ask for it to be serviced. I will definitely be taking it back for a full service as soon as I get time I couldn't be more satisfied with this experience! Recommend 11/10! See you soon !!
