P. L.I’ve been going to E1 Cycles for years and I’m very satisfied with their service. It also helps that the owner is very positive and humorous.
I’ve had my punctures fixed, got puncture proof tyres (and since had no punctures), got my bike serviced, and it has all been a great experience. They called me whenever there were issues with my bike that I wasn’t aware of, no problem.
I think the price is fair. I have since moved away from the area, but I work nearby, so I still go back.
t. c.Thanks for the quality work on my bike repairs. You guys helped fixed my wheels that S Cycle a rediculus shop with old rusty dirty bikes hanging around everywhere had broke. I'll never go there ever again. Paid to get it more broken... Wow...
T.This place is great. After a bad experience with servicing at another local bike place, this guy ironed out all the problems on the spot. I've subsequently bought equipment there - don't know the guy's name but he is completely trustworthy and you can rely on the advice. I now wouldn't go anywhere else.
Update October 2021 - still so impressed with these guys. Fast, honest, no nonsense.

A. T.Great bike shop with friendly owner. Took my bike in when the pedal fell off whilst cycling and they were able to fix it quickly and at a reasonable price.
I also bought some bike lights. One of them was faulty, but I took it in the following day and he replaced it with a new on straight away and free of charge.
Excellent service all round.
M. S.I work nearby so use E1 Cycles a lot. Their service is quick, efficient and to a high standard. I was particularly impressed recently when I had a blow out on a tyre I bought from them. They immediately replaced the tyre and tube for free. I highly recommend their services for any repair job or quality purchases.
A. G.Went there at 8 in the morning as the seat post broke on my bike as I was cycling into work. Adam was there, nice guy, fixed it on the spot and managed to save it from snapping the frame.
Decided then to get it serviced and get a few things that I knew needed to be done at some point (tyres, cassette etc). Gave me a price, left the bike with him, came back at lunch time all done.
Been a few weeks now and no issues with the work or workmanship. Price wise seemed about right for a city bike shop. Will use again.

I went in because I purchased a brand new bike in May (from Evans during lock down) and 3 weeks into cycling the gears were just not right and I generally just didn't feel right going at any speed. I was immediately informed that the bolts from my front wheel were missing (I had cycled 10 miles across London that day!) and was offered a service, which I happily accepted (despite knowing I could wait and get a 'free' service from Evans. When I picked it up ( less than 2 hours later) the handle bars had been aligned properly and breaks sharpened, as well as the wheel and gears fixed. My riding was a totally whole new experience, I suddenly felt like a pro; confident much safer! Thank you..now for the Evans review!
M. H.One the best place you can go get your bike repaired. The service they provide is incredible the stuffs are so friendly. If you have punctured on your bike they will fix it for you in 5 minutes unlike Halfords takes 2 days.
