Easy to order and fast delivery. The team was helpful when I was buying a bike. Although, now that I have an issue with it, after only using it for 4 times, they don't answer as quickly as before. They are going to send me a replacement part, but I have been waiting for more than a week without any update from them. It is a shame because I bought the bike to avoid using public transport.
