I found Van on a Google search and he came over to investigate why the chain was skipping on my commuter road bike. I had thought chain wear but he quickly discovered it was due to a seized rear derailleur. Long story short, he came back to fit a replacement but it turned out I’d bought the wrong one, the old type is no longer available, and three weeks later he fitted upgraded shifters for me so it almost feels like a new bike. He did a great job for a great price and is a lovely guy too. It’s also amazingly convenient that he comes to you, and a big plus when life is busy and there’s no bike shop just round the corner. Highly recommended!

He's come out to my house twice at a convenient time to service one bike and adjust gears, service hubs and true wheels on another. Fixed on Bikes is great value for money - and available AT YOUR HOME! When I've been told that repairs at my local bike shop will be 2/3 weeks to even start, Van has been able to come round that week and sort things out for me. Recommend!

I called Van at about half 10 in the morning not expecting him to be able to come until the evening at best, but he was able to fit me in within the next few hours and was at my door by 12:45. Van knew exactly what he was doing is clearly very knowledgable. He showed me what he was doing so that I could do it myself if needed in the next emergency (hopefully not anytime soon) as well as taking a quick look at my flatmate’s bike and managed to fit all of this into my lunch break. I have used Van twice for my bike servicing. Once he helped move a groupset from one bike to another after a crash. Van was super helpful in advance in the right parts needed for the job. Second time he serviced the headset on my TT bike which had a quite a lot of play due to an expander bolt coming loose. It's now nice and tight again 😁. Van is always super responsive, comes to you and gives loads a extra advice to help me understand how it works and do some of the simple jobs my self. Would definaitely recommend!

Van came to my house yesterday to fix my children’s bikes after many failed attempts on my part to get them looked at at my local bike shops as the queues were always just so long. He turned up on his scooter at the agreed time and set to work on all three bikes straightaway. He fixed them all, replacing brake pads and changing inner tubes; all done quickly and professionally. Given how cycling has taken off since the lockdown, his mobile bike repair service is a godsend. I would highly recommend him for his excellent service and friendly, professional manner. What a Godsend finding this guy online!! Both mine and my wife's bike developed problems and all the local bike shops sounded like they couldn't really even be bothered, quoting ridiculous prices and a waiting time of about 2 weeks. Cowboy Bike Riders- we have a mechanic!! Great news for Cowboy bike riders, Van is an official Cowboy Ebike servicer. This is great news as I love the bike but it's difficult to sort out for servicing or if problems arise, because the company is based in Belgium with no UK base. Also, your warranty can be voided if you go to a regular bike repair shop or use a mobile mechanic not authorised by Cowboy. The three bike shops in London authorised to repair are always booked up, and are too far away for me if I can't ride the bike. Van is the solution, a punctual mobile mechanic with a great knowledge of the bike (and all other bikes). After an hour my bike was like new. Will be using for regular servicing. I booked the day before online, very easy to navigate, and you can email to extend your enquiry. Thanks for your time
