A happy customer of the Walbrook 3-Speed City Bike. The bike has a great look and is very sturdy (Been in a minor accident; the bike was perfectly fine after). The team was helpful to explain their bikes too when I first ordered it. Will recommend my friends to get one if they are looking for a great commute bike.

Friendly, fast and super helpful. I rang a bike shop in Kentish town who told me they didnt true bikes, which was ridiculous. I swung round Freddie's Grubb on Saturday intending to make an appointment only, and was immediately served by Rob outside. Rob fixed my bike on the spot in 5mins and then also looked my gears and chain for me as a good gesture. Looking forward to the full service in a couple of weeks. Can't recommend them enough. 👍

Yesterday, I was riding my bicycle in Islington and stopped by with a damaged mud guard. The mechanic who assisted me fixed the issue in minutes and provided great customer service. I fully appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Only in few places you receive such level of service. I highly recommend this place!

Purchased inner tube I thought I bought the wrong one Popped over to the shop today and didn’t realise they are shut on Monday’s, however there was smartly dressed gentlemen inside the shop came and assisted and sorted my bike wheel out. A local London-based that make unique and beautiful bikes. Not only are these real head turners (they really are aesthetically outstanding), they are also of great quality, a real pleasure to ride. Responsive and sharp to ride around London traffic, while also comfortable for longer rides. The team are also really helpful and friendly, and when I had queries (before and after the purchase) they were very friendly and supportive (I'm new to cycling in London), happy to answer any questions and show me the ropes.

I fell in love with one of the Freddie Grubb lady bicycles hanging in their window, while I was passing by. Went in the shop and was offered a test ride. Absolutely loved the bike - its light frame, two speed mechanism and most of all beautiful, graceful design.
