Well secured little shop with lovely, very knowledgeable and skilled staff. I couldn't recommend highly enough. They helped me create the most gorgeous bike completely from scratch and it goes like a dream.

Extremely happy with the service I was provided with at full city cycles, cannot recommend them enough. Everyone there is so friendly and caring and clearly passionate about what they do. This is easily the best service I have ever had. All the staff are highly knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. This is shown by the workership and attention to detail they have. Writing after picking up my bike today after a service and parts replacement. My bike was turned around in 24hrs and has never ran smoother. Really friendly staff who talked me through the options and steps that would be taken before replacing a part - rather than going to that as the only solution. Thanks George and Janine, and everyone whose name I can't remember for getting me and my bike back on the road. I was hit by a car in nov + my bike was v worse for wear, not having been rode or looked at since the crash. I came to fullcity cycles after getting a flat at the lido. I was in a rush and anxious as I had an interview later in the day and the mechanic was absolutely lovely. She changed the inner tube efficiently and showed me how to do it for myself, as well as repairing some of the taping on my handlebars without being asked to. No job too small or too big for George and Stuart. I’ve been around to all the cycle stores in and around London, with a particular nuance (straightening a buckled steel front fork) no one could help my classic 80s Peugeot racer. Rest assure bringing it to FullCityCycles they’ve restored to its original glory. Straighter than a ruler! This independent workshop is the only place you need to take your bicycle. Janine and the team were awesome! I had my wheels stolen while my bike was locked up in the morning and I called Fullcity for help. I was back on the road the same day with Janine's help. She was super understanding and really went out of her way to help by showing me a range of options for parts and was even able to find some second hand parts that would fit my bike to reduce the cost and also added a couple of security upgrades and gave my bike a tune up. I was so impressed with the service (all done in a few hours!), the value and you can see the team really care about their craft!! Having parts stolen always sucks, but I'm glad I found the Fullcity team, will only be bringing my bike here from now on!

I had the best experience at Full City Cycles. The lady that helped me was lovely and so unbelievably helpful. I told her I didn't have loads of money so she showed me some cheaper saddles that were perfect for what I needed and then fitted it for me. I had to go back again the next day as I had another issue (a different thing to before) and she fixed it for me there and then even though I didn't have an appointment. I am so happy I found this place as I live near by and will definitely be recommending to all my cycling pals.

Great gem of a shop. Yes, you will get great service on your bike, but you also get the combined knowledge of Janine and George, doubt there is anything that these two don't know. There is also Marianne that I have not met, but understand she is also very talented. If you need a new bike, a repair, a frame, wheels, or just some advice you can't go wrong visiting Full City Cycles.

Great find. You have to look for the gate to find them behind the arches. Tiny workshop but with very helpful staff. I just wanted an inner tube and they had it with a selection of valves. I also wanted a rear reflector, and they gave me an old one for free. I also enquired about a wheel bearing service and got an instant, very reasonable quote. Great little place that I'll be using in the future.

The Full City Cycles Team completely gave my bicycle a new life! After having a bad experience with a bicycle “Technician” who stole my wheels and many other parts, a friend recommended to check them out. Thank you Fullcity Cycles for restoring my previously much loved, but more recently neglected, mountain bike to its former glory. The bike originally belonged to my mother, bought in the 80s, so has much sentimental value. Forget the chains like Cycle Perjury. Other independents like Brick Lane cycles? Well, they forgot to properly refit the back brake on my wife's bike after a service (very dangerous). Full City is the real deal and George the owner is a font of knowledge; an intelligent and highly skilled mechanic who does the best work. They sell great second hand bikes and do modifications/rebuilds/spares tailor made to a spec that George will give you great advice on. I highly recommend this place for what counts - the quality of the advice/work. Ben, Farringdon P.S. Thank you for reply. Yes I have been to the new London Fields shop. I kept getting punctures despite having puncture proof tyres - George fixed my puncture and suggested new and an extra layer of rim tape on to stop the spokes causing the punctures. And yes he was right the punctures have stopped! Excellent.

I took my back wheel to have a broken spoke replaced and wheel trued, they were relentlessly busy, but the man George fitted it in at 8pm on a friday for me(!!!) and did a great job, you can tell he's a proper mechanic. They're really friendly, there's a pub next door where you can wait, or just hang around in the shop and you'll get some decent patter. Would recommend this place for repairs in an instant.
