Great experience! Ordered online Cross 7.1 bike. Everything went perfectly, ordering process and delivery received within a week.Bike is made with a very high quality,very nice design and working properly. However, I'm taking one star down because of minor damage on the delivery box.It's not seller fault.but they should make sure box is strong enough to hold heavy bike
