M. D.The chain on my bike snapped while I was out. Walked the bike to this shop and the staff were incredibly helpful. Took a look, had some time so put the new chain on there and then. Super friendly, great experience with the manager in the bike section. Incredibly reasonable pricing.
m. k.After paying £150 for my bike to be repaired and then only after a a couple of weeks for the same issues to arise and to be honest my bike was now in a worst state I then took it to Wandsworth Halfords where the lads there were absolutely brilliant. A special mention to Richard who not only fixed my bike to the point it feels brand new but he went above and beyond in keeping me updated and communicating with me which gave me the sense that he actually took pride in he's position which gave me confidence that my bike was in good hands. The manager and Josh also deserve a mention. Great job lads keep up the good work.

P. C.I collected my new bike from Halfords Wandsworth. Richard got it ready for me and asked me a few questions to determine what else I need. Initially I didn't want to buy anything else but Richard explained why I would actually need a couple of essentials. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, adding value to both the business and my experience using the bike.
M. G.I was picking up a bike I had ordered online. The service was excellent - in particular Nelson, who was hugely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. He was great, and made the whole thing as easy as possible.

l. l.We went in today to have a bike assessed for repairs and to collect a new bike as well. The sales colleague, Callum, made the whole instore experience outstanding. He firstly assessed the bike that needs repairs following a road traffic accident. His attention to details was fantastic, he has an awesome knowledge of bike repairs and quite literally went over the bike with a fine tooth Combe, the report he gave was brilliant and was able to fit the bike in for the repairs quickly as he understood that the bike is used for work and he did everything possible to get the bike booked in ASAP and he gave us a report that we could send straight away to the insurance company so that the insurance company can cover the cost of repairs. He then moved on to our next item the collection of a new bike which had been purchased online, he was extremely helpful in adding the new pedals, water bottle carrier and small saddle bag which were purchased today, he explained what type of bike lock that would be needed as the new bike has quick release wheels and which after sales service bundle would be best he was also helpful in explaining which type of pedal cleat’s to buy so they fit the new pedals that had been fitted as the ones my daughter was going to buy were the wrong ones and twice the price of the correct ones, he explained about the insurance cover that comes with the lock that he recommended, Sadly it was not in stock but my daughter was able to order it online. Callum remembered my daughter from a previous visit when she had popped in during her working hours, she is a cycle courier and had a puncture near the store so went in to get it fixed and she expected to have to wait to get it fixed but Callum seeing she was working did the repair straight away.
The other bike technicians in the store today were all very busy dealing with other customers but if one needed a helping hand to fix or see to something they were having a problem with they would tell the customer they just had to help their colleague and asked if they were ok with this and that it may delay them for a few minutes to which nobody complained to.
Based on this visit and others here and at other stores we would have no hesitation in recommending Halfords to anybody and based on the service today I myself will be buying a new bike in the new year from this store.
Callum and his colleague’s really are a credit to Halfords to deserve any recognition these comments bring, their knowledge, customer service and all round customer care was amazing.
I would recommend Callum for Colleague of the month if such an award exists.

returned to this store today to collect a bike that had been in for repairs and once again received nothing but outstanding service.

L.There is currently a planning application 2021/4936 that if approved will result in the demolition of Halfords and the Pet Shop next door for then to be replaced by a large development to house 500 to 600 people that will be about 22 stories high. This will be a pity as it is a very good place to get parts and accessories as well as other minor works to get carried out on the car and bike.

S. M.So so helpful! Was recently at store to have a new car audio system fitted. Errol (apologies, I’m sure I’ve butchered the wording) the expert on site was so helpful! It was a struggle to find the right bits for my old car, including the necessary trim, wiring loom etc etc, but Errol went above and beyond to help and get the fitting done on the day. This included calling multiple Halfords sites to ask if they had the right wires, numerous back of the store checks, whilst dealing with a steady onslaught of new customers! So grateful and will definitely return to this branch in the future.
I. c. 1.Just went to view a bike. Served by man called Jack . He was welcoming and knew answers to all my questions and will collect my bike tomorrow. Very happy with service . Theres was a little wait but you understand as when its your turn they give you their full attention

B. L.I popped in for a free check up on my push bike. As soon as I arrived, a gentleman took my bike to the back to give it a look over. He came back shortly after, to tell me that there was nothing needing doing, apart from a tightening of the gear link (which had been done for free). This honesty was greatly appreciated, since the opportunity could have been used to try to sell all sorts of things.

K. C.I booked a free AC diagnostic test for 8am. When I arrived, I was upset to see the store had new hours and didn't open until 9am! Why on earth did the Halfords website allow me to book a test for 8am just the day before?! I managed to flag down a member of staff through the closed door and they kindly ran the check for me despite not yet being open. In the end I didn't even purchase any gas to recharge the AC as unfortunately the diagnosis was my compressor had failed. But full marks to the team for dealing with the incompetence of the online system and turning a negative into a positive.

B.I have to go back the second time and get my car check in halfords wandsworth.I went there to get a hire car check first time as i have been ripped off by a hire car company given by my car insurance.So when I had another car given by them again I have booked a 10point check from halfords wandsworth before I drop back the car to the garage.Their excuse to get money from me by dropping the hire car back didnt work as the things they mentioned to me had been checked by Wandsworth Halford staff Named Mo store 0838.
I told them Its been checked and all ok.No arguements they just said Oh Ok🤣.So when I get my car back and been driven it for awhile I have another 10point check just to get ready for the winter coming.I have been serve my Mo again and another guy which I didnt get the name.Its quick and effecient and reliable.Great service.Company should put a garage service there even if just oil change.Staff there are very good.I tried halfords southfield garage.Didnt go back there.halfords Tooting better.I will be using halfords wandsworth again.Recommended.Look for MO⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

K. R.In reference to the following repair of my Indi TC-1 bottom bracket repair, I can tell you that I have been very well taken care of at the Wandsworth store. I have had my bike repaired and returned to me the same day I brought it in.
Regardless I just want to thank the Manager and the bike dept staff at Halfords Wandsworth for sorting my bike out in a quick a courteous fashion. In the past I have worked myself in Customer Services (C&A Oxford Circus) so I know the customer/ staff relationship well.

Forrest, one of the employees, was very kind and attentive. He fixed my bike tire quickly and even finished setting up the rest of it up which I hadn't had the chance to do yet. He took the time to explain the process and really did what your customer service should have done to begin with. What a credit to your team he is. Hoping he gets some recognition for his work!

On this note I’d like to mention Shahid who’s knowledgeable, easygoing and friendly and took care of my recent battery change ( which turned out to be way more complicated than I thought ). It took us a while due to the car manufacturer placing it well hidden the boot but it wasn’t challenging to him at all. I’m really happy with the service together with care he took to make sure that no damage to the vehicle will be done - true professional and a gem to have! Can’t wait for another change “of something” to use his services!

m. h.Store was clean, tidy and well ticketed - Feb 21 - . Have been here a few times and its always been good. Parking is usually no problem. On the times I've had to engage with staff they have always been helpful. Also it's opposite Battersea Heliport so quite often you get to feel upclose the Helicopters 🚁 land and take off. Also next to Land Rover showrooms where you can see the range and wish you had one.

Turned up and explained my problem, and without hesitation, Forrest got to work and fixed my problem in 10mins! T. D.Bought a new bike click and collect from here and was impressed with the service I got, Matt who served me was very helpful and patient explaining stuff to me.
Unfortunately the bike was not set up correctly (problems with the gears) and I had to take it to another Halfords to get it sorted (Stoke Newington, who seemed to know their stuff), hence the three star rating.
On the plus side the bike seems great and was great value, plus accessories etc were good value, price matched to web without me asking, and discounted by buying a cheap annual service plan (which effectively cost £13 in the end).
If you know how to set up your bike or have a Local store you use then I’d say it’s fine to get a new bike here (the range didn’t seem massive however), and it seemed quite good for accessories, not sure I would trust them for a service though.

Dean was very honest and helpful, he advised me that my break pads are still fine, there is not necessary to replace them yet and he offered to sort my break system right away without being asked. S. O.I popped in to grab a couple of O2 special deals today and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and polite their staff was.
I asked the girl at the till now if she knew where the free o2 water bottles were and she grabbed one from under her till. She then waited patiently while I fumbled to find the code. She took the code and then continued to enter into her system then followed to hand me a receipt. She then advised me to pop upstairs for the cycle helmet.
I walked upstairs and was pleasantly greeted with a nice lad who took a look at my phone and wondered off to track and find the helmet. We exchanged some friendly banter while he grabbed my details for the guarantee.
I rarely shop in town these days due to online shopping is more convenient but it's really great to see that people still have good people skills.
I will surely return again and not just for the free or discounted offers. A++

BEWARE giving your email address to them as their research company continues to send mail to you spam even tho I've explicitly said I do not want to hear about them or halfords. I only filled in the survey as they did a good job in store, however seems the aftercare of their customers with regards to email use, needs to be fixed so that it doesn't take three times or so to ask to be removed from their lists. Also none of the emails had removal links only the latest one did. Not amused.

S. N.Popped round to see about getting my aftermarket radio sorted - it had been installed in another Halfords and the radio signal was awful. Shaun fixed it in a couple of minutes at no charge due to the other store's error - super friendly and helpful Great guy and great service.
S.Based on just three visits, this store has good stock levels, parking is easy and the staff are efficient. Exchanging a faulty product was no problem.

S. L.I had previously been into 2 other halfords stores where the staff were unable to give me any helpful advice whatsoever regarding bike sizing, here I spoke to Matt in the bike department who was a tremendous help and really knew what he was talking about. He is a credit to the store
J. N.Never seems to be enough staff available at this store so you generally have to wait as was the case this visit.
However, the security guard went out of his way to find a staff member to help, the manager was polite but busy with customers already but managed to get someone to assist with checking to see if the car seat we'd researched actually fit our car.
From here or experience was great - a chap by the name of Sean went out of his way to fit the seat with difficulty as it was an awkward fit at first. Then he happily matched a much cheaper price as part of Halfords price matching policy then fit our new seat and ensured that our boy was correctly positioned before leaving us. Then offered to keep the box out the back for us incase we weren't happy with it in th next few days!
The extra mile from the team but especially Sean increased their review from an original 2 to 4 stars. Not 5 stars due to lack of staff in the first place.
C.Went in on a Sunday afternoon needing my bike part rebuilt, with some parts i sourced elsewhere. Neil the mechanic did it then and there, when other bike shops would 'book it in' and faff about. It was reasonable price too. Keiren and Martin too were very helpful in the bike department and helped Neil to get it done very fast in good spirits!
