Turns out that LAP Bikes had the last remaining bike in my size, possibly in the UK. From getting in contact with them Tuesday morning, they’d arranged for the safe delivery early Thursday. Cannot fault the service at all. Highly recommended them.

I was slightly anxious about buying a good bike online because of the immense added value of advice and discussion that in-store purchases can have, but because of COVID I did not have much choice. I quickly discovered that I not only didn't have to worry, but also that LAP Bikes provide an insanely high-quality customer experience, which I can honestly say is by a significant margin the best I ever experienced with both online and in-person shopping. I was personally contacted right after my purchase to get advice and check whether I did not forget any bike accessories, I was personally contacted again right after the order was delivered to check that everything was alright and ask if I needed help...but I in fact did not need any since the bike was beautifully packaged and prepared and all accessories came with crystal clear installation instructions. It is clear that the LAP Bikes team loves bike and loves advising people on bikes. This level of service quality and professionalism is rare because it can only be achieved by people who genuinely care about their business, and these people seriously do. If you ever need a high-quality bike LAP Bikes are the ones you want to buy from. Thank you so much to all the team, and keep up being the best!

These guys are amazing.... So sincere and friendly. Honestly amongst the best customer service in a bike shop I've ever experienced. They helped me with stuff I didn't even purchase from them, I mean who would do that??? They have really won me over.... Mauro is great, I recommend a visit if you're looking for a new bike.

I had been looking for a new road bike for a loooong time! It’s a big investment and in the current climate, they’re hard to come by. I stumbled across LAP bikes’ website and their Instagram page, they had a beautiful Cannondale SuperSix Evo Ultegra in my size, and in stock! They were just in the process of setting up the store in Canary Wharf, (which looks amazing by the way!) I sent an email to Bojidar and received a swift, freindly reply with the information requested. I placed my order on the website and Boj kept me updated all the way through the process, even sending me a video of the bike being set up. I really appreciated the brilliant customer service from Boj and Mauro. I live in North West England and they arranged a courier to get the bike to me. Only bits for me to do when I got it were to fit the handlebars and spacers, set the seatpost height and add my pedals. Then ready to go. I love it. Thanks Boj. Would highly recommend!

I went to the shop when my saddle kept dropping with no explanation. The man behind the counter was super super helpful... came up with a solution and has fixed the problem. From my initial web message contact to "New bike day" arrival, service from Lap Bikes has been impeccable. Having finally decided on spec of bike, I set about looking for a supplier with the bike in stock or worst case, short lead time. Having exhausted all local bike shops, i started looking a bit further out and came across Lap. An impressive contemporary website drew me in along with their jaw dropping images on instagram. Boj dealt expertly with all info i had requested pre-purchase/purchase/& also a small technical query I had relating to a small upgrade part ,post-purchase. Bike arrived , very well packaged (to north Scotland) in showroom condition, with only the handlebars and my own pedals to attach. Would highly recommend Lap bikes 5*+ Hopefully next time I'm down in London town i will get a chance to browse around their very impressive canary wharf showroom.

Honestly, I can only recommend LAPBIKE! The shop or lets call it rather the showroom is sophisticated, looks neat and contemporary. The bikes on display are fairly high end but do not feel intimidated they are selling reasonably priced bikes too. The manager Martino and his first officer Mauro are extremely good eggs. Martino is one of those few people who actually bloody well knows how the bicycle works and he will make sure you as a customer get unusually high quality advice and service. Besides all this mentioned above there is there a fantastic café machine which I yet to try! Defo will be back.
