Don't get mislead by the first appearance. This is the best place for bike repairs in East London. The owner is honest and straight to the point. Great service delivered with no delays or 'last minute price surprise'. As a female cyclist, I felt safe and supported. Highly recommended!

I have never been to a better bike shop. They fix your bike quickly and efficiently even when things are busy, the prices are more than reasonable and they genuinely know what they are doing. I have been to three of the most well known cycle repair shops in the UK and some of them couldn't even get the back wheel off, but Richard and his team had both of my bikes done in minutes. I can't recommend them enough. I even got given cycle insurance and bike light. Great customer service!

This is the best bike shop I've been to fix my bike. I have cycled past this place for years and normally see queues outside the shop. Not because they take long to serve their customers mind you, it's because these guys are good at their job and fix whatever is wrong with your bike on the spot. Trustworthy and friendly customer service, at an honest price. I can't recommend them enough!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! These guys are so lovely that I almost wish I had more bike issues so I could visit them more often. They're super honest, friendly, speedy and knowledgeable. It's not every day that 'getting a puncture' can become the highlight of the week. What an amazing team.

I’m not very bike savvy, but own one for the commute and took it to Little Biker Boys as I knew a few things needed tightening up. The guy who helped me out spent five minutes making a few adjustments on brakes, gears, alignment, tires and didn’t even charge me! Great service while you wait. Very happy.

Excellent service from both The Chef and Connor. Phoned up with issues with the chain rubbing and a noise from newTurbo trainer, drove down there straight away and the guys had both issues fixed in 30 minutes. Highly recommended, quick and honest service.

Was very impressed with the service I received from Chef/Chev? When I recently attended. He was friendly and honest enough with me to tell me that I did not need to change my wheel as I thought I needed to. I had just brought a cycle trainer and had no idea how to attach it. Chev took the time to show me how to attach the trainer and it works fine. I really appreciate honesty and integrity so would rather support a small local business(especially during these times)that looks after its customers than some of the larger cycling chains.

Seriously the best & most honest bike shop in East London. Came in with a few tire and handle bar issues, he knew exactly what to do and was sorted within about a minute. I'd definitely recommend this shop. Plus very good advice on other bikes too
