Great selection of Italian-design bikes, which are both eye-catching and sturdy quality. The owner, Andrea, is super helpful and goes out of his way to ensure his customers leave his showroom/shop in a happy state. I bought a bike for my teenage daughter from Messa Cycles. They also have a range of bike accessories which are quite different to what's available in other bike shops. Highly recommended!!

This is the best bike store I’ve visited in London. The Italian bikes are all top quality(branded high end parts), and what’s even better Is that they are different from the repetitive brands you see around the city which totally sold it to me. I bought a stylish lightweight ladies bike with a shimano acera gear set, leather handles and brown wheels for my mums Christmas gift. The attention to detail in the bike is so unique for the market and incredible for the price - she loves it! Thank you so much Messa Cycles!

Got the bike three weeks ago, really love it, good mechanic performance, better than my old bike, with the help of changing the right gear, it saves me a lot of energy. I used to feel tired when cycling less mileage, but now have been cycling to Hyde Park, Richmond ... from Ealing, and also manage to have a relaxing sightseeing experience. Very friendly Andrea helped with picking up some cycling kits, added his professional opinions, I must say that he is a salesman :o) because I bought everything from the shop except my lock (which I had it before), but it worth every penny and all good buys :o) the final point is, after the lockdown just feel so happy and encouraging to see the local community recovering and shops opening, and bravo to Messacycles being part of it

I was looking for a bike for my partner's birthday and came accross Andrea's shop. I wanted to take the bike the very same day and it was no issue at all, I had it ready in one hour. My partner had it for over 2 weeks now, he uses it both in the city and on rough terrain and he's very pleased (and since I know nothing about bikes, I trust his opinion). I will return to buy one for myself and maybe for my son as well when he'll outgrow his.

Superb service from Andrea in the Ealing branch. Needed a bike for my daughter’s 5th birthday at short notice (same day) as we were let down by a different supplier. Andrea sorted us out with a beautiful bike which he personally delivered to our house that evening, complete with stabilisers, a bell and some cool stickers. My daughter was delighted. More than a bike shop. The bikes you buy here are very high quality, reasonable prices and they can last a lifetime. The owner "Andrea", knows them inside out and I had the pleasure of buying one of his bikes before he even opened. Had my bike serviced recently and couldn't be happier. MessaCycles is really more of an experience than a mere shop. They sell beautifully designed Ganna and Messa branded Italian bicycles that in themselves would be worth recommending for their attention to detail and choice of materials, such as leather handles and saddles that come at a surprisingly competitive price. But what makes this family-owned business truly remarkable is the absolutely personal service you receive: From the outset, Andrea took time and great care to guide me and my partner through the process of choosing the right bicycle for each of us, considering our intended uses and personal preferences. No hard sell or push, just competence and knowledge, and a love of the product he deals in. Then, Andrea and his team went out of their way to finish my gorgeous vintage-style bicycle to the exact specification I requested, making me a genuinely happy customer. If you are thinking of investing in a bicycle, I don't think you can get much better than this.

I wanted a new bike for years but somehow never got one. Till last week... Firstly, I noticed Messacycles at Dickens Yard , Ealing a month ago, then I had a flyer of Messacycles through my letter box, and I decided to go and check it out. Wow, from the window these bikes look great but perhaps pricey for me, it was my initial thought. Until a week later I braved myself to enter the shop. Oh my God, no regret- it was like in a gallery, a beautiful display of magnificent colours and styles, it felt nice and airy and fresh. Signore Messa personally greeted me and with his warm smile and gentlemen’s manners talked to me and helped me identified myself with the right style of bike. I left the shop well informed and I had a clear idea of what I wanted to buy. The next morning I returned eager to purchase one of his bikes. The service was very friendly and reassuring, a paid a reasonable price for a great quality and a look, and I got few nice free of charge additions and services. It was the best shopping experience in the last 18 months.

I live in Dickens Yard and noticed the bicycle shop when it opened, and on a whim I entered the shop and came out with a bicycle I am a 68 yrs old lady who last rode a bicycle when I was 12yrs old. I have had three free two hrs lesson from a bicycle instructor, employed by Ealing Council n am riding now in Walpole Park, Ealing. This is the best thing I have done and its boosted my self confidence, improved my mind due to Covid 19 and also keeping fit. The owner and his daughter were very professional n helpful when I purchased the bicycle and helmet. Its his wedding anniversary today n I wish him n his wife all the best that life has to offer, and many more to come. I also wish him success with the bicycle shop.
