Brought two bikes from these guys. Exceptional service from the initial sales process to providing recommendations and sharing knowledge. The also are brilliant at servicing bikes. It also helps these gents are nice people! Highly recommended. I would recommend going at none peak hours if you want to geek out and ask questions.

Great guys to deal with. Lost count of the number of times we’ve been in with Greg with ebikes and always get great service.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My favourite bike shop. Greg and Jason are always super helpful and knowledgeable. They are also totally honest about their recommendations based on how and where a customer will ride - so novices and pro riders will get the friendly advice they need for their style of riding. I’ve bought a few bikes from them over the years and can’t recommend them enough. The shop has rare trick exotic mountain bikes and frames etc on show - always worth the visit.

Moose cycles is a great independent shop. Their staff are sooo knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke to Jason, and he was amazing! I'm just getting into mountain biking and Jason, couldn't have been more patient and helpful. He took the time to answer my many questions. He is a mountain biker too and his passion about his job is inspiring! He showed me pictures off all the great trips that he has done, Again he's been there and done all the trips i want to do, so his knowledge was priceless! If you want great customer service, passionate and people that know their stuff, this is the cycle shop to go. I know ill be definitely going back.

Spoke to Greg about a hybrid bike I had been after for a while. They had it in stock (when nobody else did). He was very helpful answering questions I had about the bike. I ended up purchasing it.
Would recommend Moose Cycles to others.

Purchased my first MTB from Moose Cycles a few months back and they've always been welcoming and helpful whenever I've gone back. Big thanks to Greg for sorting out my new front wheel a few weeks back. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're new to mountain biking.

Greg runs the Best local cycle Emporium in London ! I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years and have enjoyed not only fantastic service but also some of the best bikes in the world. My Santa Cruz, Whyte and all my kids bikes over the years have been superb and his resilience and support to all through 2020 Has been truly commendable. Happy Christmas guys and hope 2021 is better for us all.

Moose cycles is a great bike shop that stocks quality bikes and parts. Greg and Jason provide top advice and service. Always a pleasure to visit their shop.

I have bought numerous bikes/frames through Greg over the years and would not take my bike anywhere else to get service. Trusted and reliable service and a great local bike shop which are few and far between that are part of the hightstreet and not tucked online. Always my first choice if any questions or issues. Many years of mountain bike experience and knowledge from both Greg and Jason... comes recommended

Have visited Greg & Jason’s cycle shop on a few occasions, sometimes just to ask a question, other times to get a repair or make a purchase. They are very knowledgable and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to a friend or relative. Wishing Moose Cycles all the best for 2021.

Got really helpful after sale support for my Whyte. Greg checked some things out from the manufacturer and gave really sound advice.

Got some repairs done to my bike here recently. They did an excellent job and I was very please with the service. Prices are fair and they are friendly and honest with work that needs to be done.

I bought a trail MTB from Greg and his crew. It was a custom build and we had lots of contact regarding the components. I always got quick responses to my questions and good prices when asking for changes to the spec. The entire experience couldn’t have been better, can highly recommend Moose!

Bought my Santa Cruz from Greg at Moose Cycles last year and am so pleased I did!. These guys are excellent, they know the bikes inside out and always offer a fantastic personal service. The initial purchase was made easy with fast delivery and competitive pricing and the aftersales has been great. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This is still one of the great local bike shops you can rely on! I am a mountain biker and commuter. Moose cycles have helped build all of my 5 bikes(And I must say at very competitive prices) Their staff are always very friendly and able to offer great advice based on real life experience rather than just what they read in a magazine. What I always find impressive is that they do not attempt to sell you the most expensive parts but the parts they know work very well and would suit your bike and budget.
I cannot recommend this bike shop more highly and will continue to support them. Possible with a new tasty 650B Santa Cruz in the new year

I have been using moose cycles for many years, they give good advise weather you want to hear it or not lol, they also stock a selection of high quality replacement products along with doing great service on my old downhill mountain bike, there are not many bike shop I trust leaving my bike with but this is one them. A good shop with good service .

Moose Cycles has a great customer focus. Twice I've purchased bikes from Moose and the service has been excellent. In particular when there was a manufacturing failure on one of the bikes Moose were quick to rectify the problem and ensure there was no chance of second failure, all done within one day.
This is the reason I shop with independent bike shops, you can build a relationship with them and they get to know your bikes, you as a rider. A shop that is recommended.

Absolutely brilliant bike shop. Well stocked, good mechanic, friendly and helpful. Help me save my back wheel after a spoke broke, with no complaints and he's got some of the best mtbs on the market.

Very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff - perfect local bike shop. My 23 year-old mountain bike was put into safe, useable order at a fair price and it was explained to me that a service wasn't possible as most of the bike would need to be replaced to guarantee it, which would be very expensive due to the amount of parts (some obsolete) & labour. Even so, they did a great job at a fair price with the kind of back-up only a local bike shop can offer.
I'll certainly go there first should I require servicing and my wife's thinking of getting a Brompton from them on the ride to work scheme. Recommended!

Moose cycles top guys!!!!
The perfect cycle shop no rubbish like so many other bigger store's just medium to high end cycles and parts.
I've purchase all my Bike's and goodies from here. Top advice as well, they would rather not sell you anything, than sell you the wrong thing, They have bent over backwards to help me out in the past!
So if your in the market for a new bike, parts, clothing or just a bit of advice give Moose cycles a try first, you might even get a mug of tea!!!!!

Had my servicing done here (Specialized Allez Sport) and they had to change a couple things like chain/cassette and cables.
At a glance he was able to pretty much spot what needed changing and how much roughly it would cost. Spot on.
The actual servicing was brilliant. Gears are now so smooth I was laughing when changing then. Everything is ticking like a well maintained clock. Thanks for that.
Price: Well, they do offer a premium service. They charge as such. Nothing really out of this world, but if you want something cheap, you better off somewhere else.
Cons: Opening times. From 0930 - 1900 (1800 on Fridays) if you work and commute. that is super tricky. Make sure you use the Weekend.

I'm not one for reviews but I'm very pro supporting local independent dealers/shops and when I went through the reviews for Moose Cycles and saw the ONE negative review I thought I'd throw in my two pennies worth as this guy must be in dreamland. I've been using Moose for a good six years now, originally getting my first commuter bike from them and then after my full suspension and most recently my 29-er hardtail (yes the dark side). They have always gone way and beyond for me searching parts (a discontinued headset for my road bike a month ago), offering very knowledgeable advice and servicing my bikes. I have never felt pressured to buy anything, not something I can say about the you-know-who's in bikeland. All in all these guys are just super cool mountain bikers who loves sharing a story about their last weekend ride and are trying to earn a buck in a very competitive internet market. I couldn't recommend Moose Cycles more highly.

A great local bike store! Always very friendly and able to offer great advice on all things bike related.
I've had great services completed on both my commuting and mountain bikes.
Highly recommended.

Friendly a informative staff. I'm a self confessed bike geek and its obvious to me that these guys know their stuff. Truly an Aladdin's cave of top end bikes that I've only read about in magazines. I had a warranty issue with my suspension forks and they turned it around within the week!

Super bike shop, I have just worked out that I have been using them for 15 years!! They built and serviced all of my bikes for endurance races, Transalps, La Ruta.. et al And not one problem! I have just picked up my recently serviced fork for the Grand Traversee du Limousin at this weekend and I have full confidence in my kit from them.

An excellent local non-chain (boom-boom) Bike show. The shop owner in particular is a very helpful chap who is happy to share his knowledge to the novice cyclist. Excellent.
