L. R.Really good service. Reasonable price. The guy working there seems honest, and saved me loads of money.
I went thinking I needed 2 new wheels. The guy could have easily agreed and charged me. However he ushered me there was a cheeped solution. Turns out he was correct!
O. C.Rockstar service from My Bicycle Shop. I had a freewheel hub issue on an electric cargo bike. I didn't even bother with Evans, I rocked up at My Bicycle Shop and what a great decision. He had the part and was able to l fix it on the spot. Great service, great value. I'll be back.

Worth travelling to even from far away.
Run primarily by 2 experienced people that don't extort customers like the bigger bike shops (Evans Cycles is a don't).
Fair prices, any extra help and advice given usually free of charge. Give them a try.

My Bicycle Shop answered and very kindly said to bring it over and they’d sort it out for me. Turned up and was welcomed with a warm and professional service. T.I took my bike in for a service on Thursday and picked it up the day after - so really speedy work! The service was great and they fixed my gears too so my bike is running like new again! The guy I spoke to in the shop was really friendly and chatty too. I'd definitely recommend :)

M. M.Very unassuming shop but efficient and extremely friendly. In times when the established cycle shops seem to think that you don't have to be friendly or accomodating to costumers as there's such high demand anyway, these 2 guys are really helpful and squeeze minor repairs in any time. I just asked to borrow their air pump for a few minutes outside the shop and he checked and inflated both tyres for me, while we had a nice chat and discussed other issues with the bike for future checks. When I came back to replace both tyres they saved me some money saying that one was actually still good enough and they wouldn't suggest replacing it. They are hard working, open every day, and provide an excellent service.

Got a flat tyre while cycling to work, I attempted to change it myself but had no luck, I'm new to cycling and this was my first ever flat tyre.
The staff member (I didn't catch him name) was super friendly, helped me with his own personal supplies as the shop wasn't even open yet.
And it only cost £10 - highly recommend, the team really know what they are talking about and are passionate about bikes.
p.Great Service, very professional! the mechanic took good care of my CARRERA bike. Also the big guy, Leonardo was great dealing with customers and explaining what was repaired on my bike! Will definitely come back. Highly recommended guys.
s. c.I would totally recommend it! The guy who assisted me did an amazing job, super detailed, left nothing unchecked. Plus he was super nice and super professional, was able to advise me on a lot of (future) improvements, and gave me a lot of useful tips. I will definitely consider it my go-to bike place.
A. A.I had a frayed rear brake cable that needed changing out. These guys replaced the cable and also noticed I had a washer/spacer missing from my back wheel. They fitted a new washer free of charge. Great service, great price.. I'll be coming back

I first was not sure as there is lot I’d constructions going on in front of the place. But as I had a flat tyre and long way to go I walked in
