Recently I started having a problem with the brakes where you hear a squeaking sound every time you brake. A massive thank you to the team at Buckingham Palace Road for saving my day! My pedal came off my Pure Electric bike because we fitted it ourselves out of the box (not a good idea). I was a mile away from the shop when it happened so I pushed my bike there. Jack sorted me out within 40 mins, juggling appointments and spare parts. I was miles from home and was able to get back knowing the bike had been given a once over and had been made safe (I hadn't fitted the handlebars right either!). The experts know what they are doing, I'm going back for my 6 week free service knowing that it will be worth it. Thank you again to the team, I know you run a tight ship so that walk-in catastrophe was tricky to fit in. The bike is brilliant and perfect for the 6 mile commute into London.

I thought for a while about getting a scooter. To save money, to make life easier, to not have to take public transport ect. Finally bought the mid tier pure scooter (£449) wishing I put up the extra £150 for double the battery life on the one for £599. Still have to upgrade at some point because of this mistake. Wondering if I got my money’s worth, I put my scooter through the hardest riding you could possibly put a two wheeled machine through. We’re talking on road, off road, parks (and off grass), hopping off curbs, wheelies, the lot. That being said, if you treat this thing well it will last for years; only thing you’ll need to change if anything will be a flat tire (I’ve had 2 in 8 months, not bad at the rate I drive). Providing of course you take the proper battery charging precautions to not destroy the life with over charging the battery does pretty well long term too. The centre balance on it makes it almost impossible to fall on. Simply shifting/dropping your weight slightly to either side and the scooter does the rest. Drives like an absolute dream. The handle bars are nice and high, just above hip level, makes for great and accurate steering. If you drive in sport, which I do 95% of the time, the acceleration is great; gives a nice punch to the speed and keeps it constant. Today I got a flat tire and went in with the insurance I bought when I got my Scooter and had my entire wheel replaced by the team (they only had to fix a puncture). Angus, the head specialist even touched up the brakes, replaced a few a screws and tightened everything up. All in about 30 minutes flat from when I got there. George at front desk is very savvy, By the time I got finished talking to him about the new model my scooter was fixed. I told them both I’d be back to buy my next scooter when I ride my current one out. Beautiful stuff. Service 5* Knowledge 5* Time 6* Location 5*

What an amazing place. Not only are all the staff incredibly knowledgeable about all the various scooters out there (there are an insane number), patiently talking through the relative merits or negatives of them, they were also well versed with the rules and regulations etc. They are clearly all lovers of escooters too and not just working there as any other job. They also offer a fix/repair service for any issues you may have with yours (whether you bought it there or not). This is very competitively priced, incredibly fast and quite frankly faultless. Fixed my puncture, replacing the tyre that was knackered and adding the antipuncture gel stuff all in the time it took me to go over the road and have a quick bite to eat. Every shop owner in the UK should send their staff here for an hour to learn what amazing customer service looks like. They are the benchmark of this. Thank you guys! Been waiting a week for a tube for my scooter, I have called everyday and they give me an update and again today same they said it will be in and now I have called and guess what we have run out. Tbh you lot need to start a list of ppl that call you. This is crazy. Only a tube for a scooter jeez and you can leave your scooter there cos they have no space????????? Doesn't that sound silly when you say it out loud This review started at a 1 star but now it's a 10 star. P.E.V called me after this review and we spoke manager Angus, very productive call(star) . I brought the scooter in at my availability (star). Fixed a puncture in a timely fashion and went above and beyond in there duty (star). Even did a service, bought a new bag and looked at some new P. E scooters, all socially distanced (star). Tyre ripped on the way home just after fixing and brought it straight back and they had me on the round again in 25min (star). Manager Angus and the 2 lads on Monday. Pure Electric Victoria is defo 100% you can trust.
