I'm very thrilled, very satisfied with the quality of repair service and customer service as well. Ali provided an outstanding service to me. He made me feel at home, comfortable He's been very supportive, responsive and proactive to say the least. I'm beyond grateful. The technician (sorry I didn't catch his name) fixed my wheel, brakes, and also increased the the heights of the bar. Now my bike feels smooth and not so noisy as the loosening wheel has been replaced. I'll definitely come back for more. Big shout to Ali "the best" 👍🏾

I was very happy with the service that was provided. I went last sunday to check a road bicycle with my son and we end up bying a custom bicycle that the seller has design himself. My son was over the moon plus he has the option to do a part exchange from his moutain bicycle to the new one. He is enjoying his fast ride to Uni with his unique bicycle. I will definitely recommend Southwark Cycles.

Helpful staff, happy to answer questions and let you try the bikes outside. Bought a bike a week ago and so far so good. They don't offer returns on second hand bikes, but you can trade it for a different model within 2 weeks if you have issues.

Fast and efficient service. My bike broke down on my way home. Luckily the she shop was only 5 mins away. Despite being busy with other work they fixed my bike within 30mins! Amazing job! They saved my day! Big thank you guys!

Needed a new crank nut as the crank and pedal fell off while riding. These guys came the the rescue and sorted me out. They wouldn't take payment either ! Hero's! Will be back soon
