I came into Sparks before going on a long distance cycle and they hooked me up with literally everything I needed + more. So easy to talk with and it is so clear that they have years of experience with bicycles. I am the very happy owner of my first ever road bike and completed my trip without any (bike) problems. I also think that by buying my bike with Sparks, my bicycle will have the best possible maintenance relationship because as I said, they really know their stuff.

Was cycling home and had a front puncture about 5 mins from the house. I saw Sparks bike shop and popped in asking if he could fix it. I went to the grocery shop across the road leaving my bike with him & by the time I had finished he had my bike back up and running. New inner tube was needed and only cost £17. Very helpful and friendly service. Would recommend to a friend.

My sister used to go to Sparks when she lived in the area so she recommended me to them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a second hand bike off of them which they had fixed up and I was very happy with the experience. Great that they also have loads of bicycle gear there, I'm very happy with the reflective jacket I bought and will definitely be going back. Great to have a local bike repair shop that feels so trustworthy and professional.
