The service from Elliott is second to none. I have long pondered getting a bike fit. The level of knowledge and expertise is excellent, and taught me much about myself as it did about just being fitted to the bike. I also wanted to build my dream bike. The guidance and support on ideas and making the numbers work to get me the bike I wanted was first class. A genuine, supportive and knowledgeable service. I would happily recommend to anyone. Nothing ever feels like to much trouble.

I discovered Elliott and his team at Super Domestique about a year ago and my experience has been first rate throughout. I previously worked with a number of other bike fitters and shops but Super Domestique are by far the best. Elliott is friendly, attentive, highly knowledgeable and experienced and obviously enjoys what he does. He helped me to overcome an annyoing pain in my feet on long climbs by fitting me with the correct sole and shoes. He has patiently worked with me to upgrade several bikes so as to meet my precise needs. An on one occasion the workshop even provided out of hours emergency assistance that allowed me to complete an important cycling event. The real deal!

Truly outstanding bike fit! After purchasing my new bike I realized I needed a bike fit as something was just not quite right. I visited Elliott and explained a few pains and problems I used to have in the past. Elliott spent a lot of time getting an understanding of how I ride and how my body operates. He discussed all options with me, let me try different parts and gave me lots of tips. He really cares about customers and did everything to help me to improve as a rider. I used to struggle riding on the drops but now with the new position I just can’t come off them! I feel brilliant and can’t wait to hit the race season. Many thanks Elliott.

Went to Super Domestique for a cleat fit ahead of my first multi-day ride. Great service; Elliott was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to set up my bike perfectly, taking his time to make sure it was as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately my bike got stolen afterwards but Elliott kindly offered to set my new bike up for me free of charge, which was beyond my expectations and once again brilliant service from start to finish. Would highly recommend; lovely shop / cafe adjoining the workshop and a convenient location too.

Elliott provides an incredibly thorough bike fit service, starting with each individual riders physiology to gain a thorough understanding of their capabilites and what they are looking to achieve. The custom molded footbeds have made a huge difference to my riding comfort and Elliott optimised the geometry of my existing bike, making me feel far more comfortable, efficient within a more aggressive set up. The bike fit was also used to determine the geometry of a new bike and Elliott was incredibly helpful and thorough when discussing different options within my set up. Tips on bike posture and pedal stroke were incredibly useful and Elliott was also able to advise me on improving my flexibility to lead to further improvments on the bike. I purchased a custom fit bike from Super Domestique and I've been delighted with the service I've received. The process started with a bike fit including custom insoles. Elliott clearly knows his stuff and has a great eye for detail. He was super knowledgeable and helped me navigate the minefield of a custom bike, explaining my choices and the pros and cons of each choice along the way. He showed great patience at my constant questioning throughout the process. I found their prices were very competitive particularly for a "bricks and mortar" store and the extra level of service that goes with that. When the bike arrived it's obvious that it's been built by someone who knows what they're doing, the bar tape is so neat it's a masterpiece. The fit is spot on for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

I can highly recommend the bike fitting with Elliott. I have had bike fits in the past, but this has been by far the most thorough and detailed. Elliott took the time to truly understand how I rode and how my body operated and worked tirelessly to reduce pain points as well as improve my positioning for both comfort and speed. His sessions are not just a one off, he invests in his clients and ensures it is a process of continual improvement as your body adapt and your ride style changes. He will source parts for you and recommend ways to change and improve set up without feeling like you're being unnecessarily upsold (as I have felt previously). One of the most comprehensive bike fits I am ever had for a custom built bike. Elliott is very professional and highly recommended. The footbeds are a must and so comfortable and took away any knee pain I had. Well worth the flight over to London. Don't forget to ask about Bentley the dog, he was another highlight :)

Amazing place, had a few bike fits at other places but this one was the best. Elliot looked at my saddle height and position, fitted me to an inline seat post and fitted wider pedals. Instantly cured a long standing issue with calf pain and made the bike infinitely more comfortable. Highly recommended. Hex cycling, in the same building is also awesome. Loads of good kit and the coffee is great.
