Walked in to the store for my appointment and was greeted by Jacob. I told him I was here for my appointment and was offered tea/coffee or water while he pulled up my details. Very swift service from Jacob. I was even greeted by the manager Cash who was very friendly and we spoke about my plan and if it was the best for me. Together they made sure I was welcomed and was on the right plan , and that I walked out of their with a smile. I took my bike out of the store feeling happy. Thanks alot to those 2 members of staff for making a rainy day brighter.

I love their service and the bycycle. I have had the Deluxe plan until today, because I upgraded it to the electric one. I came in the store today without booking and I've been served immediately and very nicely by Alvaro and his colleague (which I don't remember the name sorry!), both very nice and efficient! Great service at the store, and great bycycles, thank you guys! :)

Great service! After thinking I'd be cheaper off getting my own bike I noticed how, having to change tires, and fix small things, I would actually be cheaper of with Swapfiets, which I know because everyone in Amsterdam drives them. Registered for a bike on the Thursday evening, went in to get it already the next morning. The guy working there was very helpful. Overall, would 100% recommend!

After a few years living in Amsterdam the moment I saw one of those blue wheels on the streets of London I signed up! GREAT bikes and such a good deal. Been using swapfiets for about 5 months now. I had a trouble with my bike 2 days back and i just went to the shop straight away they swapped my bike with a new one. And the guy was amazing. Exceptional customer service and amazing bikes.

I had my new bike from Swapfiets delivered today. Due to traffic Louis was delayed for my appointment but he texted me twice to let me know how he was making progress and he was still here within the allocated one-hour time slot. He set up the bike for me, showed me how to operate everything on the bike and answered all of my questions. Louis was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I really like my bicycle. The set up was quick and convenient. The 7 gear bike is easy to ride and the gear shifts are smooth. The reverse pedal breaks take some getting used to, but should be easy to figure out quickly. I would highly recommend using Swapfiets.

Certainly one of the best thing I have done. At the beginning, I just wanted to rent an electric bike for a few weeks (months) before buying one. Now I use it everyday to go to work and even on the weekend. I didn't have any issue yet with the bike (after 1,5 months) so I can not speak about the customer service. I think that I will rent for a bit longer... So go for it!!!

So far so good. Just became a customer yesterday. The delivery was next day, super punctual, professional, quickly done and explained everything well. I can't give the full five stars because we've only just started so I'm not qualified to review other parts of the service but I would definitely mark down the web site for lack of information. It is *minimal* to be kind. This is a new concept and Swapfiets really should make a better effort to explain it in detail. Anyway, so far so good. I'll update this in a few months.

Amazing experience... Bike is great, support is extraordinary... Nothing to complain at all. And if i come to have something wrong in future, i am pretty sure will be nothing but a misunderstanding they will be eager to solve. Two months now and from day one all is just exactly as advertised. I believe i haven't seen any company so faithful to their word in many years. Hope they keep on going with this marvelous job... And i will always be around, riding! . . . Perhaps 5 months after what i wrote above, i had to stop my subscription abruptly because i had some healthy problem to urgently be solved. I couldn't have it anymore day since i had to travel because of what i mentioned before. I asked a help, since £100 would make a lot of difference for me since I can't work until all is solved and i can be good again. They answered only "We are sorry to hear but nothing we can do"... Beautiful service and all, but not up for some heart beyond business. I understand they have a system and they believe it is necessary to follow it strictly, i definitely won't subscribe again just because of this "machine thinking"🤷🏻 And i will surely mention when someone ask

This is one of the best deals I've ever made, followed by one of the nicest experiences I ever had. Awesome bikes (7 gears-non electric- lockable in a very convenient way and there's insurance), great price, terrific and helpful guy at the store named Rufus I would recommend anyone visiting London for a week or more to seriously consider renting these bikes Probably the best way to go around the center of London when the weather is nice. The store is right on the main street - easy to locate through google maps or Citymapper. As i walked in, i was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Rufus. The wait time was short and Rufus attended to me in a jiffy and set me up with a cycle in no time. He made adjustments to the seat and handle to suit my frame and walked me through the bike, the locking system, the service and processed my payment smoothly. He recommended I take a spin to check if it works for me. On riding i figured i'd prefer a slightly lower seat height, so i circled the block and came back to the store, where Rufus promptly helped me by lowering the seat to my preferred height. All in all the process took less than 15 minutes. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to cycle in London.
