Wow! Amazing service. I ordered the bike and i got it the next day, fully fitted and ready to ride delivered to my door. Just in time for the great weather after the storms. I bought the new Soho Velobello single speed and it looks just as good if not better in real life. You certainly get some looks riding it around and comments from onlookers. The whole buying experience has been excellent from order to ride. Thank you very Much Velobello team and i will surely be recommending you.

Fair play Velobello - with national shortage on parts and products I was skeptical on delivery time quoted by Bojan - but sure enough - bang on cue. Great bike, easy to assemble - great communications and service - if only all bike retailers in the UK were like this.

Having been let down by another bike brand who advertise left right and centre on social media (ordered in April - they took my money then extend delivery each month - still don’t have it) I was looking for a quick to buy bike to make most of remaining good weather. Contacted Velobello who confirmed stock. Being stung by the other brand I had my doubts, but as promised - was with me in two days! Putting together was a breeze with clear instructions. First spin today and it rides great. Looks to die for too! Delighted!

I am delighted with my new Carnaby folding bike. It's fun, comfortable and fast around town. Wonderfully compact, I can tuck it away behind a sofa inside my house. Really easy to fold and unfold. Most important for me is the upright position as you cycle - very important if you have lower back problems.
