It was great speaking to the staff about a new electric bike we're interested in. Bruno, one of the main guys even rode to our house one afternoon to check the size and fit of one of the bikes in the Street bike hangar. Super helpful and patient with all the questions we were constantly asking. Thank you.

Having had my Brompton M6L for 3 months I wanted to get the safety check done. I knew of the store and decided to use them rather than head all the way to Brompton Junction. So glad I did it was easy to book in and the turn around very quick a hour in fact, the bike was ok just a few small adjustments for the gears and cables and now feels so much better it even got a bit of a wipe down. Bruno the guy in charge was very good knowledgeable , helpful and polite he created a account for me for future reference for when I return and I most definitely will. The icing on the cake was they did not charge me the standard £45 fee. Really pleased thank you Barry.

A few weeks back I went in looking for the cheapest reliable e-bike available with little to no knowledge of what to consider. Bruno at the Hackney store was incredibly helpful and forthcoming with facts, views, and transparency throughout the numerous interactions we had in store and over following emails. Bruno's approach was just appreciated as he could have seen an opportunity just to sell the most expensive option to me. He made an extensive effort to match me to the right style/brand of ebike for my needs and I think he has got it spot on. The people generally at this place just seem very happy to guide you and are not in the slightest bit pushy or salesy which was one of my main fears when you are looking to spend a decent chunk of money on your first e-bike. Their customer service in other ways like with free bike checks (as in just to see if all safe, obviously anything that needs fixing they would charge to fix it) is a welcome touch also. I wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend Bruno and Velorution - cannot imagine leaving the shops and not thinking 'that was very helpful'. Will be using their services again whenever I need a bike check, proper service/fix, or indeed if I ever wish to upgrade my bike.

I love Velorution and feel really lucky to have bought my bike there this summer. I bought it during lockdown and admittedly am a bit clueless on most levels and in spite of being very obviously overrun and busy, they're yet to turn me away. The customer service is great and while I think it's more of a higher end bike shop, the things I've bought I'm confident are quality and of a very good standard. I can't recommend buying local from them enough!

Amazing shop. Not a bike person but bought a bike from there and it has literally changed my life - thank you! They showed me one of the cheeper bikes to start which I am super grateful for and think it's a nice gesture to do so. Read some other reviews where they got upset because a cheeper bike was offered, seriously... people can find anything to complain about these days. I am not British and I am super happy with the service and when I was there there was a mix of staff working there from different parts of the world. Can highly recommend!

I was fortunate to be recommended this shop by a friend of mine who had nothing but praise for them and now i can see why ! I was first greeted by Josh who was not only professional but very personable at the same time which can be a hard line to tread. After my needs and wants were qualified far better than anyone i had met in the past i purchased the most suitable bike for me. I especially appreciated the fact that i wasn't pushed towards the more expensive options and at no point did i ever feel pressured into anything or to make a rushed decision. Then 6 weeks down the line i was called by the same delightful chap who reminded me of my 6 week service. It was like riding a brand new bike again when i got it back . i would give 10* if possible !

I've been there twice since they took over from the old London Fields Cycles store, and I've been very happy with their work - they've been helpful, professional and kept me informed on ordering in difficult-to-find parts for my seven-year-old Gazelle bike (when other local cycle stores haven't even bothered to call me back if they can't source the parts). They've been great to deal with and I'm confident in their work - I'll be going back there when I need further work and servicing doing.

Excellent customer service, purchased grips on line when picked up from shop realised I had purchased wrong grips. Despite me shredding the original packing they gave a pair of grips I actually wanted. After leaving the shop, the bloke behind the counter, then left the store to check they had given me the correct grips. Fantastic customer service!!!!

Bruno is a hero! On the way home from work, my rear break came loose. When I took it into Velorution, Bruno identified that a bolt had fallen off. He fixed it immediately, free of charge because he felt it was a simple problem. What a gent. Thank you Velorution.

Their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Someone had locked their bike to my brake cable and they came out of the shop and managed to sort me out. Very good service, highly recommended.

Was served by a couple of very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who assisted me with re-inflating my tyres as the public pump normally situated outside was damaged/ removed. They escorted me both in and outside the shop and gave me a few pointers about bike maintenance. I will be definitely going there for my services in the near future.

Went in to fix a missing nut on a very old bike. Ben in the shop was extremely helpful and tried about 10 different nuts. He kept on trying even though I was ready to give up and he fixed it in the end. Really outstanding customer service and very friendly staff.
